just finished mw2 and iv been wondering the same thing, same voice actor and the skull mask on his face could be hiding some horrific bullet wound

On a more serious note. I was under the impression Ghost was Gaz until a few hours in. Price or Soap would have said something at the end of the Cabin mission.
Gaz can't be Ghost. They just have the same voice actor and that's all. Gaz got shot in the back of his head with a goddamn Desert Eagle, nobody can survive that.

As is, they never explain whether Gaz = Ghost or not, so it is ultimately irrelevant. For all we know Gaz might have had a twin brother.
hard to say, even if it was gaz. it'll be a hell of a job for him to get out of a petrol bbq. still nothings been confirmed or denyed.
My friend turned on noclip in CoD4 and put the cheat on that turns on a laser going from the barrel. He said that the laser went through the very back of Gaz' head.

hi i hope this awnsers something i discoverd a glitch on cod 4 were u can change the angle of your view well this is what i discovered
i look at the view of gaz's headshot or not from the side i filmed it and put it in slow motion wat i saw was the bullet only scraping his shoulder so after seeing that i thought if they wanted ghost to be a different person why not give him a different voice and you never get to see his face do you so i think he is gaz.
