I blubbered like a fucking baby for a good three minutes when it happened...

I was touched by the scene. Since I have no soul I didn't (or can) cry.

However, you cannot simply go and look it up on youtube, you have to play it for the impact the hit you because by that time you have become attached to the characters to the point that it makes you BAWL

Never cried over a video game but the Emma/Otacon scene made me feel like someone had ripped my heart out.
