Moments in gaming that spooked you out!?

The first time i played L4D.
Nothing could stop me on easy and i was thinking about restarting on normal when i suddenly heard someone crying. I knew it was a witch and i imidiatly started looking around thinking "Where is she?". I could not find her and after a while i started freaking out and almost turnd the game of before i finaly foud her. Realy creepy

The first time I played Vampire The Masqurade: Bloodlines and went into the Haunted Mansion I was scared. Now, not so much.

And the Borely Haunted Mansion in Silent Hill 3 also creeps me the fuck out.
