Amorality: There is no morality.
Immorality: Bad behavior.

Tons of games are amoral (ie. any puzzle game with no story), it's impossible for the completely amoral to be more amoral than another.

The Game that you felt you were going to get some seriously bad karma for playing.
Hearts of Iron II gets my vote. Though it has graphics that would have seemed out dated ten years ago, let us just consider for a second that this is a game that:-
Let's you take control of Nazi Germany
Let's you fight WWII as Nazi Germany
Let's you win WWII as Nazi Germany
and let's you take immense pleasure in doing so.
I can never forget the reaction of my quarter Jewish friend when I mentioned this game to him.
wtf is quarter jewish? it's a RELIGION, eihter you're in or out. you cannot be quarter jewish, third-catholic, half-rastafarian (although... ^^)
and come on, it's a game, ffs, please try to not mix up reality and game(s)
oi.

but ontopic... i have to think. no, i cannot think of one now. there is no game by which i feel morally offended (if it was about movies i'd say Saw, but game...?)

If any, stuff like manhunt would be immoral (guess that's what's meant?)
Yeah, manhunt. stupid crap.

Planescape torment allows you to be a pretty sick piece of garbage. Especially since one of your allies is actually your slave from a previous incarnation, another one is a fire mage you drove insane, and a third is a walking suit of armor that was originally a man you sealed in a cave.

Without exception, the Sims.

You have complete and absolute control of the life of another, you could turn them into a failure, you could burn them, starve them, turn them into a nymphomaniac.

If my hunch is correct, you might play as the Big Bad in Modern Warfare 2. You notice in the Russian Airport clips there are no good guys?
And that makes it amoral?
Could be, if you end up killing hundreds of innocent civvies.
That'd still make it immoral, not amoral. Even then, this is Call of Duty! Even if 'Soap' McTavish leads the UN force that invades America, I'm willing to put money on any civilians you shoot (if any at all) would be the ones stupid enough to exercise their right to bear arms against an SAS soldier. Fact is, most of the games listed here could be considered immoral, but very few could be considered amoral.

And with that, I've changed my mind - The Elder Scrolls series. You can level all the way to max level in them with nothing but speech skills and be a trader, or you could take up a battle axe and slaughter guards. The game allows both, and rewards both pretty equally.

The Sims.

Just consider all those poor virtual lives extinguished by their masters need to build every house of wood and wooden items, filled with fireplaces and having a significant lack of toilets or beds...
When I saws the title, I was going to say the Sims too!

Some times it's good to be ninja'd, then you know your not crazy.

It hasn't been made yet, in fact it is a sick idea for a game I have had in my head for a few months now, so here it is: You play as a serial killer, stalking your victims, abducting them... Doing things with them, and then killing them and disposing your body. Of course if you want to ambush them at the home that is cool too, honestly anyway you want to torture and kill your vic is allowable. Meanwhile the police are on your trail looking for any evidence you leave behind, so you have to keep them at bay for as long as possible and rack up the highest score. Score = number of dead bodies. Then when you are caught you get to go to trial plead for freedom and if that fails then there is a lovely in game cinematic of you being executed. Sadly no one wants to develop it even though it is a completely new IP!

I'm surprised no one has mentioned "RapeLay" yet. I haven't played that one (and never will play it either), the premise is despicable
Ninja'd me to that. Also there is a very obscure game for the PC called 'Ethnic Cleansing'. I haven't played it (don't intend to because it is extremely racist) but a friend has told me about it. You play as a member of the KKK and the objective is to kill black people and Jews

I feel you're not expanding on the whole story here, just a 'its a game where you play nazis, its bad'.

The game is more of a "what if" simulator(Yes i have and play it). There is at all, no mention of "Hey fuhrer, do you wanna build more concentration camps? it'll give us more bio warfare tech". There is none of that, no moral choices, no decisions that can be made accountable to the game as being immoral.

I'll stand by the game as being a 'what if' simulator.
-What if you start in 1936 and do a better job with the italian army and modernize it.
-What if said army steamrolls the greeks and british in north africa, pushing them over the suez.
-What if, thru politics and political maneuvering, the united states stays neutal and does not enter the war, or god forbid, enter on the side of the axis after a major shift in alignments.
-What if, without the germans needing to intervene in greece and north africa, Sealion went ahead and achieved its objectives
-With england occupied, the middle east occupied, what happens, especially with the USA remaining neutral and leaving europe to its fate, especially russia?
(Sorry, I better stop here, this is another tread alone)

This is a wargame, expanded from the panzer general series, and taking elements from civilization in terms of research and global-strategic gameplay. Granted, the nazi's are bad in what they did and what they stand for, but in no way is this brought up in the game at all, i dont think theres even a picture of a swastika in the game.

All in all, i in no way say the nazi party deserves any excuses for what it did, but it should not be brought up in HoI3 (Sorry, i'm a paradox fanboi ;).

No one brings up stalin's past when call of duty puts you in the shoes of a red army soldier.
Thats because what stalin, or beria or the NKVD did has any bearing on what the storyline has going on. You're not playing an officer executing Marshal Tukachevsky, you're not Beria selecting a young 18 year old girl to be drugged and carried to his bedchambers. All in all, relating paradox as being the source of all evil is...well, rather pointless in view of what the game is trying to convey, and that is a 'what if' wargame simulator.

Defcon. I mean, the game is scored by how much destruction you cause to a continent's population.

Doesn't make it any less awesome whatsoever, though. One of the greatest games of recent times, in my opinion.
