Most Bizzare Game Ending?

There is many games with many different endings, some that end in awe, some that end in misery and some that end in conflict.
There is even some, that end that nobody would expect, these are the ones I want to see.

Discuss and post the most bizzare endings to video games that you've ever seen.

Holy crap... I'm going to have to actually play Drakengard now, I've owned it for ages but never bothered with it cos it seems pretty dodgy. But that was awesome.

It is a really good game, took me a while to complete it, there are many endings to it, don't know specifically how to unlock each one though.

Except for the last ending you just have to play specific missions. To unlock those missions you either have to find something in a mission or kill a boss in a specific amount of time.

To get the last mission and the last boss (who is pretty hard to kill actually) you have to have every weapon in the game. It's not really worth it though. The last ending is really depressing.

Driver 3 ends almost exactly how it starts with no indication of whether Tanner survives or not. I was slightly annoyed and disappointed at fighting all the way through a game just to only find out how the character got to hospital and not whether he survives or not...

i wasn't concerned if he lived or died but some conclusion would have been much appreciated...

Well, there isn't one that is actually happy, I got the ending where you have to fight Angelus, that was real depressing because Caim is forced to kill her, which kills him aswell...

I can be wrong here because I haven't played the game in a while but when you have to kill Angelus she breaks the bond and Caim can talk again. I think he says "I'm prince Caim" or something like that while you have to kill her. So Caim doesn't die.

I thought Caim died because he comes out all miserable, then it just goes black, so I assumed that he was going to die.

But the Matriach said that once you make a pact, you can't go back on it.

Ok, the whole Drakengard this really IS depressing. I just watched some videos on YouTube and read up a bit on it. The ultimate final ending you get for beating the hardest boss in the game is to have your character shot dead by a squadron of fighter jets...

But then again, the original Japanese version is just plain twisted from what I've read, featuring pedophilia, incest and baby killing...

I got this game a day early and completed it in a day, so I completed it before it was actually released because I didn't sleep. I was so shocked at the ending, I just shouted it out to my friends in Party, they went mad!

You know, despite being one of my favorite games, I always thought the ending of BG&E was bizarre. What was up with Jade that she was sought after by the Domz leader? Just came out of nowhere, IMO, and was never really explained.

Spoiler: Well, it's something like...

Jade - or, to be specific, Shauni, which is her true name - is the reincarnated soul of the Domz leader, She is sought because without her, the Domz lose most of their power. I mean, on her own, she can bring people back to life. I assume that her parents and Peyj had taken the Domz soul as part of an IRIS plan, put it in a body, and run for Hyllis. Not certain how that happened.

It's a real shame, it would've been explained more if the trilogy hadn't been cancelled.

Not only did you had a supermutant immune to radiation you can also have a robot!
