I can't really think of anything that physically disgusted me on Family Guy, or on any cartoon for that matter (not even the 'Pube Fair/ Scott Tenerman' episode of South Park), probably because I know it's not real. IF the same type of stuff happened (mainly the Family Guy 'Vomit scene' or 'cat shaving' scene) in a live action show or real life, than I'd find it disgusting.
For the most tasteless joke/bit from Family Guy when Peter and Brian went back in time to the 80's. Brian was hitting on some girl when her boyfriend "Quintessential 80's guy" got pissed and tried to pick a fight with Brian ( "Any time, any where!). Brian says to meet him on top of the World Trade Center the morning of September 11th 2001.

The bit where Peter sells Meg to whatshisname...mort? anyway, they all drink some medicine thing, and spontaneously vomit for like 3 minutes...i found that hilarious yet extremely disgusting :p
I'm glad someone thought it was funny. I just thought it was fucking nasty.

I stopped even remotely liking Family Guy the time they used rape as a joke (when Peter's bribing some guy by offering to let him have sex with Meg, then he points to some totally random chick. As soon as the guy asked if she could scream and cry, I wanted to go find Seth McFarlane and drive my foot into his nuts so hard they'd fucking pop out the top of his skull). And then they fucking did it AGAIN in the Aquaman bit. Yeah, mugging wouldn't have been bad enough, it had to be a fucking rape. Funny until it happens to you, or worse yet, your mom or your sister.

Conway Twitty is really not funny, especially when they do a whole song, are the Manatees running out of idea balls?

Nothing has really ever grossed me out though.
You just referenced the best show ever. Good for you. Here's a cookie. *gives cookie*

Agreed.

As for least funny? I dunno, Family Guy always manages to get me to laugh...

I personally like Family Guy, and think it's frequently hilarious, but it's VERY hit and miss. Almost every single song they've run hasn't been funny, and the sheer length of them hammers home the unfunniness over and over, which can really spoil the fun sometimes.

Also, Stewie was a far better character as a malevolent antichrist than camp homosexual, even if it has resulted in a couple of chuckles.

I pretty much agree with Cartman in Cartoon Wars.

Family Guy started of as the most blatend Simpsons rip-off and grew into a show consisting of random plottless jokes that drag on and on and on just to fill up 21 minutes of air time.

I like the earlier seasons, but for the most part, I stopped watching, 'cause I though the newer stuff is a lot of crap, you know, with the Meg-bashing, the character derailment, ect.

There's some other offensive stuff I could mention, but the only one I can name off the top of my head is the aforemntioned "Puking scene". I just don't see how that's "funny". But then, that's just me.

I still have plenty of favorite moments, such as the FCC episode and the Star Wars parody.

All of it; its almost all references to American culture, being British I dont get it, and I dont find it funny when they make jokes I do get.

For me, Family Guy has never been a show I just had to watch, but I also don't find a lot of the common mainstream comedy shows worth watching. The intelligence factor of these shows (as in intelligence of the creators, not of the humor) seems to be too low for my tastes. They are basically one fart gag or other various toilet humor piece after another, and always presented in the same fashion.

That is not to say they don't have their moments. Family guy and other shows like ATHF have had me laugh pretty well before, but on average it is very low.

But then I think Metalacalypse is one of the greatest shows in years, so take my opinion with a grain of salt.

The least funny bit for me was when Stewie provoked Jillian to continue her Bulimia so he could get teeth for the tooth fairy. My girlfriend has an eating disorder so it just hit close to home. But I don't think I would have found it funny anyway.

The one that immediately came to mind when I saw this thread was Peter, one of the times when he crashes his car. He ramps off something and smashes like 20 parked cars, climbs out and says something along the lines of "Wow, this is just like that thing with Matthew Broderick... except noones dead"

For those who don't know [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Matthew_Broderick#Auto_accident_in_Northern_Ireland], Matthew Broderick went into the wrong lane and killed two women. From everything I've read, he wasn't drunk, he wasn't necessarily being negligent, it just sort of "happened".

After I heard that joke I changed the channel. Kinda made me sick.

Honourable mentions:
Making fun of Michael J Fox, re: parkinsons

As for just flat out not funny, I would have to say when that giant lizard jumped out of Tyra Banks' mouth [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DP4PrnxcM2A]. I loved season 1-3 (watched em on tv back in the day), tried to stay optimistic through season 4, and finally after suffering through the rest of season 5, that moment made me change the channel. Aside from a few random episodes here and there, I haven't watched a post season 3 episode since then.

Wow, that was a long reply.
I wasn't aware of the Matthew Broderick thing so it didn't elicit much of response from me-- now that I know, it seems a little in bad taste, but really it's a pretty honest description. What I was bothered by was what Joe tells him he's charged with. I don't remember any making fun of Michael J. Fox but I'm inclined to say it was just a joke involving his symptoms, like the "because of Parkinson's" meme.
As for the ipecac/"vomit everywhere" scene, they did something pretty stupid and got punished for it by it blowing up in their faces, and if that wasn't enough, having all that and then Lois asking who wants chowder and them all throwing up again at once should clinch it.
For reference, you're supposed to take a spoonfull or a sip.

I can't find the clip of Peter crashing his car, but from memory he takes out pretty much a whole block of parked cars (could be wrong, like I said, I'm going from memory). That's hardly what I call "a pretty honest description".

I did find the clip of them making fun of Michael J Fox [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n6nApaP2_ak] (hey season 6!) though. This one might not be the most offensive thing ever in Family Guy, but it kinda ticks me off when they pick on the celebrities that least deserve that kind of "parody" completely randomly like that.

And as far as the ipecac scene goes, I remember laughing to tears the first time I saw it, but that's just me.

i dont like how stewie began as an evil little super genius but has now ended up as a flaming homosexual.
Why do people always forget that Stewie has had crushes on a bunch of women... there have actually been entire episodes about Stewies romantic interests and they have always been about women. Janet, his baby-sitter, that woman on the childrens show where he travels to London...
