Most disturbing cutscene in a game ever

Two from Doom 3:

The one where you walk into the room and there's a vivisected fat guy hanging screaming from the ceiling, attached by his arms and legs. His stomach is all ripped open and the skin is pulled out so that you can see the insides all hanging there. That one managed to get a bit of a reaction out of me.

Second, the one where you come across the only woman in the entire game. You walk up to her, she begs you for help, and then one of the ghostly floating skull things leaps into her and her head and spinal cord tear out of the rest of her body and starts flying at you screaming.

Johnny Gat burying the Ronin's leader alive.
You planting the Brotherhoods leader's girlfriend into a Car Trunk, as the Leader unwittingly crushes the car and her.
You, stabbing the leader's father of the Ronin in the Shoulder, twisting the blade and then leaving him to burn to death.
Johnny Gat, faceplanting a Ronin goon through a glass table before shooting him in the back of the head.
You, stamping on the Tattoo-ists arm of the Brotherhood and also Feed Dogs frontman, snapping his wrist, and then letting fireworks burn him.
You, shooting Mr. Sunshine multiple times in the chest, only to have him get back up twice, before you eventually behead him and dump his head on a meat conveyor belt.

Just to name a few, and those are just cutscenes...

Pardon me for asking, but what game is this?

Brilliant, absolutely brilliant stuff. That Cutscene was mind-blowing when I first saw it.

Holy shit that was beyond creepy.
But for downright disturbing, play the game Closure, the entirty of level 29 is insane.

I LOVE Midna. She's wonderful to me.
And yeah that cutscene WHICH UNTIL NOW I FORGOT ABOUT was really freaky for Zelda.

playing The Suffering: prison is hell freaked me out, the whole game is sick...

I also got creeped out a lot by manhunt not so much the level of gore but the comments made by the innocents and that director guy that is constantly watching you... :S or the scenes with pigsy...

In Vampire the masquerade: bloodlines there are plenty of freaky characters and missions in that game, like one involving a snuff movie set.

the first time I played legacy of kain: soulreaver when I entered the lair of these spider like vampires. It was real moody with cocooned corpses everywhere and the constant scurrying of insect like feet.

It's not really a Scene, per se , but the audio diary on the corpse on Stienmans operating table (bioshock). "Hmm, I've never noticed....."

when you beat the light lady in the game hotel 626, what makes it disturbing is the detail of her face and mouth makes you wonder, what the &%#@ (i don't cus)
