Most disturbing cutscene in a game ever

I have never played the most gruesome games, but one scene that i do remember is the opening of COD5 when you're a captive of the Japanese and the guy you look at gets his eye burned out with a cigar and then his throat is slit and blood splatters all over the wall and when he falls over you can see the gash in his neck

Actually, I don't recall a Pokémon review, and I won't expect one, cause it's a game for kids and idiotic fanboys/fangirls who walk around on the uncool side of a gamer convention drinking milk from their mum, while we stand where the real games are, like Gears of War and...Zelda? (he said hopefully)

Not only was it a joke (with regards to a Pokemon character being called "fagballs" - why couldn't someone use the same character name in different games?), but acting as if Pokemon - one of the biggest selling RPG's is not a "real" game because its based on a children's show. To tell the truth when I was younger and Pokemon was the craze I loved it - it was a brilliant game, it had lots to do, had fun gameplay and until recently was the only turn-based game I had really enjoyed (the latest being Lost Odyssey) perhaps you should think before you post...

Don't bring Gears of War (one of my personal favorite franchises) into this, not only does the "94" suggest you are of an age in which you shouldn't be playing the game anyway, but your general attitude towards games is the reason Gears players get stereotyped as idiotic twats - as you have just proved with your post.

You planting the Brotherhoods leader's girlfriend into a Car Trunk, as the Leader unwittingly crushes the car and her.
You, stabbing the leader's father of the Ronin in the Shoulder, twisting the blade and then leaving him to burn to death.
Johnny Gat, faceplanting a Ronin goon through a glass table before shooting him in the back of the head.
You, stamping on the Tattoo-ists arm of the Brotherhood and also Feed Dogs frontman, snapping his wrist, and then letting fireworks burn him.
You, shooting Mr. Sunshine multiple times in the chest, only to have him get back up twice, before you eventually behead him and dump his head on a meat conveyor belt.

Just to name a few, and those are just cutscenes...

I didn't feel too bad about those personally. Aside from the Tattoo artist, who seemed to actually be a pretty nice guy, the others all had it coming to them. Maybe I feel just a liiiitle bad for the Ronin who got buried alive, just cause he mainly seemed to be trying to make his father happy. His father on the other hand.... yeah..... twist that sword and watch him buuuuurn.

Now for the most disturbing scene in a game, which to me (I dunno if it counts as a cutscene, but disturbing scene nonetheless) is the end of Half-Life 2 ep 2. You all know what I'm talking about. I dunno why. I've played a lot of the horror type games and they don't bug me as much as what happens at the end of Ep 2. Probably cause it actually got an emotional response out of me. I just wanted to kick ass after that! Too bad I gotta wait till the next game to do it.

True. The Ronin deserved what they got too. But I feel a little bad for the kid just cause it wasn't his call to kill Aisha. He just wanted to use her to get to Johnny Gatt and your character. The bald guy was the one who felt killing her was necessary, or at least that's the way I remember it.

But then again it was gang warfare, so they probably would have killed her anyways. Plus it's not like he showed any remorse for it. In fact, Gatt was right, they didn't even let her have a proper funeral. So in retrospect, I guess he met a fitting end too.

For me, it has to be either the cutscene where you get your first glimpse of Meat Circus in Psychonauts, or Lost Doll's intro cutscene in Gregory Horror Show. Basically...It just starts with a little girl crying about her dolly...
"*sob* My...My Dolly...Give it BAAAAAAAAAACK!" - At this point, her head suddenly twists around and it turns out on the back of her head is another, ghoulish face with sharp teeth. That scared the shit out of me the first time, and had me absoloutly wired for 30 minuites, so when Lost Doll was chasing me i was freaking out more than i'd ever done in any video game before.

The only reason i found that disturbing was cause we had been watching scary movies all night and then the boys and i were freaking each other out and they didn't remember that cutscene was coming up and then it came up and scared the whole room(me and my two roommates at the time) i have to wait til he finishes moving(my boy) so i can finish silent hill 2

Dom's scene in GoW2 is at the top of the list...but it's more sad and depressing then disturbing so I don't know if I should cont it :/

the chat with sovereign on virmire was pretty damn disturbing the first time (still is...but less so.), and of course eternal darkness had some freaky moments.

Prey when you find two human children locked up and a evil spirit attacks the girl, killing her in a bloody mess who then has her own spirit possessed which grabs the boy and HURLS him onto a spike, leaving his small bloody body lifelessly hanging there. They looked to be between 3-6 years old. I was like O_O for a good minute.

The colonel's codec calls near the end of Metal Gear Solid 2 were really fucked up. Combine that with the fact that you are running around naked and the very omnious music and you've got a very disturbing moment.
