For me off the top off my head it would have to be the guy who gets his head swallowed by that slug thing in King Kong (2005) and that poor goon in robocop who falls into the toxic waste then hit by a car resulting in instant liquidification.
Thats funny, those were the 2 deaths I thought of straight away as soon as I read the title of your thread.

I have others, like the guy trying to pull all his organs back into him at the start of Saving Private Ryan, one of the soldiers being slowly eatin' alive in Deep Rising by the monster, the women pulled through the toilet by tentacles in Deep Rising, one of thieves getting his skin melted off at the beginning of The Rock, and some other I can't remember right now.

yea i guess its easy to remember those two, and deep rising had some disturbing yet humourous deaths, like just before that guy gets eaten he tries to shoot the same person who gave him his gun for a mercy kill, guess he deserved it

Every single death in Se7en - *Spoiler*

Fat guy forced to eat himself to death, lawyer dies after being forced to cut off a pound of his own flesh, druggie literally tied down for a year and fed/given drugs intravenously, turning his mind to mush and destroying his body, materialistic girl has her face mutilated and has a mirror glued to one hand and a bottle of sleeping pills in the other (so she can kill herself because she can't bear living ugly), and my god I don't even want to think a/b the whore...

And yeah craigw1701, I'd agree w/ that the curb-stomp in that movie is nasty...

It's not as violent as most of these, but I was disturbed by the French guy getting shot through the bugle in the beginning of We Were Soldiers. I was also younger then, but still.

The guy that was eaten alive by ants in the new, craptastic movie was pretty disturbing.

In Mirrors when the girl is in the bath and her jaw is ripped off because her reflection did it. Not many horror movies can get me, but that one did, and to this day I don't know why, I watched Saw movies, and laughed (much to the disgust of my friends) and that seen scared the shit out of me.

I think its in Day of the Dead (or some other" - of the dead" film) there's a guy who gets his top lip pulled over his face. you only see it for a couple of seconds, but its graphic, and quite vile

A french film called treize and they played russian roulette and even though the deaths wern't grusome it was the buisness fashion they used when disposing of the bodies, heck they didn't do that they lined them all up down stairs. I think the film annoyed me more than scary. I had no option about the film it was in film club that i was made to go for enrichment.
Oh and the film elephant (another film club bright idea), just for the fact there was no music only when he played on the piano.
The film guy was pretty errr strange.

Disturbing eh...
Well the two naked chicks being burnt alive in Final Destination 3 was disturbing... and sad. :(
I always loved that scene. Dumb bimbos had it coming...

And all to that terrible, terrible song...

----

And also;

A lot of deaths from the Hellraiser movies comes to mind, but the only one that almost managed to freak me out was in Hellraiser: Hellbound ;
When Dr. Channard kills off the cenobites and Chatterer turns out to be a little kid. That always bothered me.

But in general, I don't really find deaths disturbing, I kinda go "Woo! Blood!" whenever someone gets splattered all over the walls.

Um, the death in braindead/deadalive with the lawnmower. :D purely brutal and digusting, that scene required the most blood for any scene in any film, it uses 5 gallons of fake blood per second.
