Not counting stupid slasher films.

I'd say Virgin
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0368411/

While not a particularly well made movie it is very disturbing.

Basically a teenage girl from a super religious family, a virgin obviously, gets black out drunk. She gets gang raped and is certain that she is carrying the next messiah since she doesn't remember being raped. Her life sucks from that point on.

Hostal. Whatever sick fuck classifies that as entertainment needs there head examined.
Amen, my bruddah. I bought that because I usually like gory flicks, and this one had Quentin Almighty's name on it, so it had to be good. This is when I found out that I don't really look at senseless torture as entertainment.

Hmm... I could have said A ClockWork Orange, because the violence in it seems so realm and the ludevico treatment a real disgust... But I found it more amusing than disgusting... One of the best movies I've ever seen.

Black Moon (1975).

Here´s a list of some of the most disturbing parts:

There is also "Maladolescenza" (Spielen wir Liebe, 1977), but I´m not gonna comment on that.

I had to think about this one.. Typically movies have to use special effects and props to get the gore and mutilations and what-nots, so you just know you are watching something fake.

There was this movie called 'Faces of Death' (i think there are more than one - not a clue) but one scene towards the end where a young Iraqi is captured by other Iraqis and is shot in the face but doesnt die. With his face rearranged by a point blank AK shot you can see him still gasping for air.

Every once and a while it will flash through my memory (for some reason). Its creepy as it is saddening.

Same here. >.< I cringed so much, I facepalmed heaps but I didn't get up and walk out of the room because I just had to see if it got better.

It didn't. I raged, then had stupid dreams for the next few nights. Ugh.
As soon as the director himself had to give a plea to the audience to give the movie a chance before it even started that should have sent off warning signals for me to leave and find something better to do.

I don't trust Independent films much anymore.

most disturbing... Planet Terror did pretty much scar me with everything it had, though I would have to go with "The Dentist". I can't for the life of me remember if that's the real name or not, but it pretty much freaked me the helll out.

Hearts and Minds. Eventually I'm going to go a review of that here.

Network. If you watch it, you would think it's a boring satire about modern television. Then you realize it was made over 30 years ago.

I don't want to name what I saw, for fear that some of you might go and see it.

La Battaglia di Algeri/ The Battle of Algers

The first scene is literally an old, broken man being tortured and executed
