The bit just before the ending of Monsters Inc.
I cried when Boo and Sully were seperated. And people always laugh at me for that :(
LIFE IS CRUEL.

The ending, like, 15 minutes of Time Traveler's Wife, especially where he says to his daughter "I can't sing". I didn't cry, per se, just teared up (man-style, of course. *starts doing weights*)

The kiss on Let The Right One In. An odd sense I could only describe as a longing sense of hopeless joy

The scene in "Children of Men" when Clive Owen's chartacter is escorting the new born baby and its mother from the building under attack and everyone stops in awe of the miracle, very very touching.
Also, sure its been posting a few times but, "Up" by pixar, masters of pulloing hearstrings.

The ending of Dead or Alive 3, when the protagonists realize they're one, balancing each other, and fuse into a big black penis robot. Beautiful.

First time I saw Mary + Max the ending really got to me. Bloody plasticine has the gall to make me cry, screw you Adam Elliot!

Also one of the scenes in "Out of the Blue" when Nick collapses, (I don't think any of you would have seen this one but it's a goody.)

I know there's one movie scene that really gets to me but I can't for the life of me think what it is right now.

Oh, and the end/whole of Requiem for a Dream. You want a film with an emotional impact then this is it. Of course you'll feel absolutely miserable and drained but its still a brilliant film.

Star Wars Return of the Jedi. Not a film franchise known for convincing displays of emotions, but that scene where Vader takes off his helmet and they have the little conversation before he dies. "You already have. You... already have." Great Scene.

And of course, Toy Story 3, at the end. If you didnt well-up at that scene, i doubt your humanity, haha

2.Third Impact scene in NGE:EoE, most awesome yet disturbing seven minutes in cinema history
3.We were Soldiers, I called up my father after seeing it to tell him how much i love him on account he served in the vietnam war, that is how powerful this film is
4.Munich, watch this movie and tell me you DON'T want to kill yourself

You know the scene in American pie when he sticks his dick inthe pie? That really hit me.

But really? I'd say the garbage burning scene in toy story 3 when they think they'll die... And the very end of toy story 3. I grew up with those movies and am Almost exactly in Andy's boat. I'm the same age as the character, just moved off to college, and had to give up some very precious things to me. It was amazing...

The scene in Let The Right One In when they are in bed and Eli moves her hand up Oskars arm until they hold hands together. In fact, the whole scene really.

Oh boy lets see, I have to dig into childhood movies think one that made myself, and brothers get lip quivering, fighting tears back was Dragonheart at the end where Draco dies. I admitt I still feel that slight tear. I'm jumping on the bandwagon to post that I did indeed tear up at Toy Story 3, course didn't help took the folks, and brothers to that on my 20th birthday... aaaannnd, I have no idea why, but Mr. Magorium's Wonder Emporium. Only at the part where he "dies" and the plane is flying around the room, and he sits on the stool. I drop my I'm tough card for that movie to wheep like a baby.

ok I didn't read the WHOLE thread so if this has been mentioned im sorry...

Requiem For A Dream

*SPOILER ALERT* (seriously if you havn't seen it don't read on just go see it)

The last 10 to 20 minutes of Requiem For a Dream is the most emotionally horrifying sequence in film history.

Harry and Tyrone are arrested, Harry's arm is amputated due to pumping too much smack into the same vein (also no one will come and see him as he is far from home and everyone else is...FUCKED)

Harry's mother Sara succumbs to amphetamine psychosis and winds up being dragged to a mental institution for ECT (the book is worse as the only reason she is so messed up is because of the pills but they keep forcing her to take them as they we're prescribed by her doctor)

AND

Marion ends up doing lesbian sex shows with double ended dildos for heroin... You would think Jennifer Connelly will a dildo up her arse would be hot, it really just wants to make me cry
