This...this one..

When I was sitting down on the couch watching this....I just bawled out my eyes.
He...he didn't know that they were bad organs..but...but...it's not like...geez!

...geez...god dammit now I'm gonna bawl it out again...
.....I need a hug...please.
I thought of this straight away! This episode, Ben's funeral (once again because Dr Cox cries, which is unnatural), and the one when Laverne dies.

There are some really depressing old Simpsons episodes too, but my memory is too awful to remember much.

There are a few scrubs episodes that get me. The one where Jordan's brother dies, for example, since they only directly reveal it at the end, though it's kind of implied throughout, but you can see that even Cox can't cope with that one.

And Jurassic Bark, naturally.
Didn't cry at that one though, unlike some of the Scrubs ones.

The episode of Futurama with Fry's dog. I didn't even have to think much about that-- it's hands-down the saddest episode of Futurama ever.

Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. Season 3 had an episode called, "Just Say Yo" where Carlton accidentally downs a bottle of amphetamines, and ODs. When Will gave that speech at the end, man... That's when you just know this guy's a real actor, not just some Sitcom rapper.

Simon... or I guess future Simon (wierd plot lines) gets shot and Alisha has to ... get rid of the remains...

yeah that got to me

I'm glad to see "Jurassic Bark" got mentioned like a million times, but I'd also think "Luck of the Fryrish", also from Futurama, is pretty powerful for people with brothers.
The Luck of the Fryrish is what immediately came to mind when I saw this thread.

The final episode of Blackadder goes Forth. They play it on Remembrance Day.

I never cry except when I watch that episode. It also has a surprising behind the scenes look at how the show might have ended.

"Goodbye" episode from 8 simple rules; the one when John Ritter died. What ??? Don't look at me like that I was young and there was hardly anything good on TV.
Also I agree on Jurassic Bark.

This..This right here is the reason I love scrubs, it is the only thing I've ever watched that has raised every emotion in me, made me cry a lot too, even when I've seen the same episode 3-4 times before.

Clannad counts as a comedy series, right?

If so, it beats all of the ones mentioned above. Period.

I pity those of you who haven't seen it.
