The episode of The Fresh Prince when Will's deadbeat dad came to visit. Maan...
For me it is when Will is in the hospital after getting shot and he has to talk Carlton out of carrying a gun.

Dude, you reposted five times! What is up with your connection?
The browser didn't seem to be registering the fact that I posted, this happens with facebook sometimes as well.

The episode of The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air when Will's dad leaves him. Will Smith's performance is excellent.

EDIT: I can't believe I forgot this.

Jurassic Bark from Futurama. I know it's been said like tons of times above this post here but I couldn't agree more. Seriously, I've seen the episode at least a dozen times and I still cry just thinking about it.

My three initial nominees:

"Jurassic Bark" from Futurama S3 (the one with Fry's dog from the 20th century)
"Casino Night" from The Office (US) S2 (the one where Pam rejects Jim for Roy)
"Kenny Dies" from South Park S5 (the one where... well, Kenny dies)

Scrubs Season 9 finale where J.D. Finally leaves

Never has that show been so heartbreaking and actually made me cry.

I agree with Jurassic bark. That was sad.
But for me it has to be the last episode of Arrested Development, yes that broke my heart because i loved that show that much.
And maybe that one futurama show when fry remembers his brother, that is a big one for me because myself and my brother have grown pretty far apart.
Oh yeah and the "bad news" episode in how i met your mother.

As was said before, Moral Orel (The entire last season), and Jurassic Bark are definitely up there. And while nothing can quite displace Jurassic Bark at the top of the list for me, Love Hina surprised.
In a show where the main character faces near death experiences on a regular basis and is constantly in pain in a way that would make any Looney Toon feel uncomfortable, not to mention the giant robot turtles that act like piranha, it was a little sobering to have an episode where he helped a mechanical girl die happy and find peace.

This...this one..

When I was sitting down on the couch watching this....I just bawled out my eyes.
He...he didn't know that they were bad organs..but...but...it's not like...geez!

...geez...god dammit now I'm gonna bawl it out again...
.....I need a hug...please.
Brings me to tears every God damned, beautiful time.

My vote goes to this. I don't know whether it's the way the camera moves, the actors, the writing or the song that tips me over. All I know is that it's the perfect combination to bring someone who rarely cries to his knees.

While I can't bring myself to watch "Jurassic Bark" in it's entirety, I thought "Luck of the Fryish" was quite sad, and the finale of "The Sting" was excellently done.

Also, "Mother Simpson" when Homer comes downstairs to find his mother has passed on is just... heartbreaking.

Finally, I'd like to put up the last episode for "Red VS Blue: Revelations":

Towards the end, Epsilon... Church tries to save Tex from the AI device... but apparently fails. The last time we see him, he's reliving his memories as he waits for Tex. It's particulary heartbreaking considering that the Alpha, the Church we all knew and loved from the orginal series, is apparently already gone, killed by the EMPH (Don't ask) of a previous series. And if this is the last season... (as far as I can tell, anyway, well... that somehow makes it worse...

"I figure, if you're going to be stuck in a memory... why not make it a good one?"

You can see it coming from so far away but...

Very good emotional U-turn sketch from the final episode of The FAst Show
Ah crap...that whole episode was just heart shattering.

Also, just for sheer u-turn tonal shift, the 'Old Holmes' sketch from that Mitchell and Webb look. It's more upsetting than heartbreaking, but there was utter silence in my house for ten minutes after it aired.
Mitchell and Webb have a pretty good hit/miss. For every Numberwang or Sir Digby (which is sad and funny) there's something like that - which is truly stunning.

Ninja'd. Especially with that damn hidden countdown that they kept as a gag throughout the show. I kept expecting something amusing, some little quip...but then it got to 0 and the news...I damn near cried, trying to imagine what he was going through.

Of course, Futurama, on occasion. Jurassic Bark, Luck of the Fryrish, The Sting, The Devils Hands are Idle Playthings, and Lethal Inspection... Man that show delivers.

Any answer other than the final episode of "Blackadder Goes Forth" is blatantly incorrect.

Jurassic Bark- Futurama
Changing Nature- Dinosaurs
Bye Bye Butterfree- Pokemon
Mother Simpson (and the one where she dies)- The Simpsons
Luck of the Fryish- Futurama

but Futurama are the two biggest ones for me. Jurassic Bark is hilarious up until the end (the credits... a kick to the balls makes me tear up less...) and Luck of the Fryish should hit a chord with anyone who had a sibling rivalry (especially brothers)...
"it belonged to someone very special to me..."
*cries*
