But I like "I should have been the one that brought your dark soul back into the light!" because the actor's voice cracks on the final word--which then echoes around the empty chamber in which the dramatic scene is taking place. (Devil May Cry, I think).
Plus there's "I am the master! I am the fucking universe!" from one of the Alone in the Dark games.
