Mafia 2 spoilers:

I'd hate see what they did to the actor in the VO booth to get those sounds out of him.

Oh, and a little later in the game when Vito and Joe...

... kill Tommy, I feel uneasy, but in a sad way.
Oh come on man, I just forgot about Henry! Favorite character from that game and they just hacked him up! Although it was coming no matter what. Plots are too predictable now a days, but still!

Red Dead Redemption

The ending, Marston walks out of his barn to face about 20 or so army troopers and FBI agents, kills and handful and then gets riddled with bullets. Just the gurgling sound and ragged heavy breaths he made before he died sent shivers up my spine
I never got that, It was a 2 story barn with an opening on the top, why go out fairly? Why not climb to floor 2, throw a stick of dynamite or a fire bottle and buy yourself some time to get to a better possition to slaughter them?

But no, Marston had to die in a cool way...

Eh,I played farmville for an hour.It is about as bad with all the smiles.
Honestly though, that was practically all they talked about in Homefront in the talk-to-developers as of what I had seen, the separation scene.
I was more disturbed with the corpse fort scene and the New Eden incident.

I always found it funny how my name (Carlos) is in most games I play. Saint's Row 2 was already mentioned many times. In Fallout 3 I just had to give Carlos the Beggar outside of Rivet City a water every time I had the chance. Lastly, in the intro to Black Ops had a man named Carlos, while Sgt. Woods had cigarettes with the brand of Garcia, which is my last name. Very weird.

Since Dead Space has been mentioned too much, I will go ahead and say Diablo. The whole thing was creepy, but finding the wounded man outside the cathedral was terrifying. That cathedral was also the scariest looking building I have seen in my life.

OT: Well you want disturbing, I gotta say anyone of these will be just fine.
NOTE: if you haven't played Dead Space 2 yet or want to, there are some minor spoilers in the death scenes video, just a heads up.

To be honest, I've seen much more gruesome things. Strangely enough, they seem cliché. Maybe i've seen too many horror movies that I've pretty much seen everything.
I do find the last one cool. The fact that she makes Isaac shoot himself creeped me out a bit.

"WHERE'S MY BOY!?" - The Boss, Saints Row 2

To be honest, the whole mission was quite disturbing.

your girlfriend gets shot while The Darkness holds you back from saving her[/spoiler]

Twas a pretty "dark" game all round... Anyone? No? Ok...
I found both scenes good, not in a sick way, the were both touching scenes, proving that video games are perfectly capable of telling a story.
I can't actually remember anything I think is messed up enough to mention, but I'm from Australia so it's like talking porn with the Amish.
