Assassins creed 2...
The pope uses magical powers.

Ezio talks to a moon lady.

It turns out that Desmond is the only hope to save earth from a polarity reversal.

I spent time an hour laughing and screaming about how ridiculous it was.

Grey's Anatomy Season 5. I was so shocked it was crazy.

Also
"Screw Maximilian!."
"I do!"
"So do I!"

Would you Kindly ......
I bet this would have blown my mind, if my friend hadn't told me this literally a day before I got to that point in the game. So angry with him.

Some people have "called it" but the ending to Saw got me. I stood up at screamed at my television. WTF!?

Also, when Il Duce walks in at the end of Boondock Saints and reveals who he is.

I got pretty mind raped by that one too but my favourite plot twist is the "would you kindly" thing from bioshock

I agree. Pretty much anything by M. Night Shyamalan
I wouldn't say everything. In fact with Mr. Shyamalan nowadays a twist is always expected, hence the meme "what a twist!".
His movies have been degraded by the viewers to a 'guess the twist' game. Most people will say that Sixth Sense was his magnus opum, Unbreakable was decent, and it got worse with each following movie.
And it's NOT him. Viewers just go in with a mindset of: 'I wanna figure out the twist before he can bring it to us'. They're too busy with finding the twist, instead of just, you know... getting sucked in, so to speak. Then disappointment ensues when they find out the twist is pretty lame (in their eyes, at least...).

tl;dr Shyamalan needs to make a movie that does NOT have a twist. No one will see that coming.

Anyway, first twist that I can come up with would be KotOR's. Can't think of anything else right now, brain = mush. Damn you, exams.

Use of Weapons.

It's a little-known SF novel by Iain Banks, and if I had to make a list of my favourite novels of all time, it would probably be on it. I literally had to put the book down and take a few minutes to recover after the final twist. It completely blew me away.

Pick one of these:
  • Fight Club
    The Sixth Sense
    Star Wars
    Toy Story
    The Usual Suspects.
Totally not The Sixth Sense. I knew the ending ten minutes into the movie. It was still entertaining, but there were no surprises. Good call on The Usual Suspects, though. Didn't see that one coming. I should probably see that again some day...
'

Show me a man not surprised by the Sixth Sense and I'll show you a liar.

I'd have to go with the plot-twist/plot-reveal of The Machinist. The movie sets it up from the first moment, yet no one I have talked to saw it coming. Then again, The Machinist is a superb movie.
Wow, I was racking my brain trying to think of one until I saw this. Yes, anyone who hasn't seen The Machinist should do so. Also, as an awesome note, Christian Bale was that size only 9 months before making Batman. When he wants to the dude can pack on the pounds fast.

The ending of Franklyn.
It was all in David's head, meanwhile city and the ministry, the childhood friend of the third character is imaginary and Johnathan Preest turns out to be the other name of David, who is trying to kill his father, blaming him to be the one who killed his sister.

"At the end of 'Sixth Sense' when Bruce Willis was dead I,
Jizzed in my pants!"

J/K, I just to put that in there, but yeah...

Arlington Road MF'er! ARLINGTON ROAD!!!

Oh, I almost forgot. The "twist" in "Seven Pounds" annoyed the hell out of me because Will Fucking Smith blurts it out halfway through the movie. I wanted to cuss him out SOOOOOOO bad, but the movie theater was really crowded.

I'll go with Fight Club, I honestly never saw it coming and then suddenly there was a "OHHHH" moment as everything fit into place and made sense, and all my questions where answered. Then I watched it again and noticed things I didn't before which seemed obviously intended to be noticed only on a second watch when you know how everything turns out.

I thought that was really cool.

Also

in Buffy when Tara gets shot. Only because it was a shocker and I didn't know it was going to happen; I couldn't believe it. And it was pretty sad as I really liked her and her relationship with Willow.

Unbreakable was an amazing ending.

I loved the ending more than any other movie. In fact, I'm going to youtube right now to look it up.

Heres the Ending if you want it.
The whole movie, Bruce Willis is becoming a super hero, with his Black friend Samuel L. Jackson (Can't remember his character name) helping him realize his potential. Then as he shakes Samuels hand he finds out that he has killed hundreds of people (Burning a building down, Derailing a Train, Blowing up a Plane) just to find Bruce Willis.
