Uncharted 2. I personally didn't find it as good as the hype set it up to be, not that it was a bad game.

Yeah definitely. I'm not saying that it was(or is) bad but that I had more fun with other slightly similar, yet lower rated games (aka) the dark cloud series.Julianking93 said:

Yes, Portal is not the Messiah, MW2 is not Orgasms-in-a-box but none of them are deserving of this level of pathetic vitriol.
That said: HL2 was over-rated. Yes, it's damn good, but not 11/10 good. HL2:Ep2 deserves every bit of hype HL2 had.

Mario and Zelda, I mean sure.. they are both good series but come on, people talk about them as if they are the second coming of Jesus, seriously nintendo fanboys are like religious people, if you don't like these 2 games you are a heretic, a blasphemer.. you are not a true gamer and should be thrown in the eternal river of bad games .. ok, ok, so obviously I'm joking a bit.. mario and zelda aren't good series

I dunno why so much hate for games. Halo was mediocre but I pretty much enjoyed being the though guy. I played Portal when it came out and I found it awesome. MW2 didn't have dedicated server and such but overall it has great gameplay if you are going for multiplayer and it will probably kill more of your time that most games. Mario was fun at is time, but I'm not sure how much I would enjoy it now.
OT: I would say GTA4. It became boring after reaching the second island of the game. I dunno that's just my opinion.

Counter Strike, its fucking boring.
Oh and I have never been much of a mario fan either, the control is annoying. But the again I hate most platformers.

Never quite understood the allure of Gears of War.

I guess I played it as a straggler to the revolution it caused. By the time I played it, every other game had become a clone of it but with improvements or intresting new concepts within. Halo was the revolutionary, but it was "the bar" by the time I played it, and it felt oh-so vanilla and bland
Plus, everything is made out of shiny mattel plastic dolls coated in varnish and mirrors...it just looks queasy

Mass Effect was overhyped for sure. it was ok, but it wasn't the "most spectacular game ever" the fanboys made it seem.

Of recent times? Batman AA. Follow ridiculous sub-CSI trail, hang from inexplicable gargoyles, fight many henchmen, boss fight. Rinse, repeat.
