Grand Theft Auto, the entire franchise.
All you essentially do is drive to location A. Talk with someone, and they'll give you a mission. Drive to location B. Put a few bullet holes in people or vehicles. Escape. Repeat.
Ok, so there's a bit of variation within the missions, but essentially you drive from point A to point B and then something happens, and then you drive/run away.
The only thing that saves GTA from being a big repetitive mess is Rockstars ability to tell brilliant stories and have very well written dialouge and characters.
Well, that's a bit unfair. If you take base gameplay and just say "sure there's some variations between missions" you could use that to describe almost every game.
Shadow of the Colossus: you go somewhere, climb up a Colossus, stab it a few times, it falls over. sure there's some variations between Colossi, but the basic goal of the game is very repetitive.
Call of Duty: You land somewhere in a Helicopter, shoot some guys, and find something. Sure there's some differences in the levels and weapons, but the core gameplay remains consistant.
Legend of Zelda: Ride somewhere on your horse, go to a dungeon, solve some puzzles, fight a boss. Sure the dungeons have differences in they're layout, puzzles, and bosses, but the experience is technically the same.
I'm gonna say sports games in general, because you are literally just playing *insertsporthere* over and over again with no variations.
