Valve. Bioware. Blizzard.

Those would be my top three. Not to say I don't like other developers and don't rely on them making good games (can't wait for Rebellion's AvP) but those three have pretty strong foundations in what they do.

Bungie: Fan service galore, amazing support for Halo, great website updates.
Blizzard: Fan service galore, amazing support for WoW and Warcraft 3. Have yet to make a game that wasn't outstanding.
BioWare: Have yet to make a game that wasn't outstanding.

Bethesda.

Loved all their games so far.

And it looks bright for the future too
I'd go for Bethesda as well, they're consistently fantastic and always striving to be better and have yet to fail at that

I suppose BioWare would be my choice. They're the only one's who haven't pissed me off except by underpowering rogues in Dragon Age: Origins.

Before Final Fantasy XI, Square would have to be up top, but now they produce crap for the most part...

Whiel I don't necessarily like how addictive their games are, Blizzard usually makes gems, as does BioWare. However, I believe Valve takes the cake...

...or at least the lies of it...

I like Bethesda the most but then again there was wet... but I never had any intrest in that game.

Nintendo has pretty high standards, but they are a lil boring.

Natsume really only puts out the same game with little changes over and over. A farm game. That takes some balls.

Valve, because they incorporate community requests and actually listen and respond to their players. Also, they've never made a bad game, which is a huge plus.

I don't have a dev, but I do have a publisher:

Rising Star Games.

Every game that I find their logo on now enters my collection.

For example, without them, I would never have known about a DS FPS called "Moon" (it's really good, go get it) and No More Heroes, Muramasa, etc etc, all published by them in the EU.

Same can be said about Bioware, only have to look at ME 2 to know they listen to their fans... And i actually have discussed a bit with Drew Karpinshky Lead Writer of Mass Effect, and David Geiger Lead Writer of Dragon Age Origins, they are easy to reach on the forums

Bioware - Awesome games, all the time. Superb storytelling, solid gameplay, epic scope.

Of the other common entries in this thread, Valve barely made a proper game in the last few years, and when they do it's fairly short and unimpressive. Last proper game they made was HL2. Bethesda sunk to a new low with Oblivion and hasn't dug itself out since then (also, Rogue Warrior was a disgrace). Blizzard hasn't made an actual game since they started ejaculating repetitive WoW content.
