I also love the grey sniper rifle,it's like the one thing they're not expecting to get shot byFragamoo said:I had a not so pleasant experience in Counterstrike earlier on today.
I haven't played it in about a year, and even then my FPS skills have rapidly degraded since WoW's release and my subsequent obedience to it's mighty addicting world.
Anyway, some asshole starts taking the piss out of my for my K/D ratio, which was shit, calling me a noob for trying to use the scout sniper rifle (which I know I suck at, I still find it fun though) and then moves on to team killing me over and over, until I quit.
I probably didn't help matters by calling him out on his absolutely atrocious use of the English language, but meh, it was all I had.
I agree with you completely.tellmeimaninja said:I agree with Modern Warfare 2. Sure, it seems like an obvious answer, but these are people who yell at you for dying, for killing the enemy, and for completing the set objective. No matter what you do, you are automatically a "noob".
Did your friends only play F2P because that is a TERRIBLE community! Because they play for free, the community seems to be full of arseholes. You wouldn't believe how many 10 year olds are gangsters who smoke weed "Man you gotta play this game high".HSIAMetalKing said:Runescape.
I played the game in middle school and watched as my friends slowly devolved into horrible RS trolls. That game turns children into jerks.
Agreed. It's also really hard to learn the classes when everyone's being a douche-nozzle.Jfswift said:Maybe I just have badluck with servers. I constantly get criticized though when i'm on there. I'm not super great but i'm not that awful either. It kills my experience though when I have to play with that crowd. (too serious I guess would sum them up, the people I meet.)RootbeerJello said:Huh, that's weird. I've been actively noobing the shit out of TF2 since I got it a week ago and I've only been called out on it once. And I was being completely retarded at the time.Jfswift said:Team Fortress 2
So, true. That statement just blew my mindJandau said:GameFAQs are pretty bad, but in all honesty that site should be treated the same way you treat a porn store. You go in fast, grab what you need and then get out. You don't hang around and try to get to know the regulars!![]()
Speaking from a purely gaming perspective, I can't say I agree with you. PC online gaming has more hackers, for sure, and every platform has its problems, but I too have played across all systems and XBox Live has always been the worst by far. I'm not saying other things are perfect in comparison; for example, the PSN doesn't have a function to avoid people, which is pretty stupid. But the sheer amount of assery on Live is world-renowned. I have never heard of other platforms having people expose themselves physically to each other like what happened with that UNO thing. That alone is enough to win the prize of worst online community, gaming or otherwise. Plus you have to pay to access it. Joy of joys.gmaverick019 said:fixed.TundraWolf said:XBox Live as a whole.
Am I right?
Seriously, though. People exposing themselves to others? People who rage and flame and swear at other people? And all for the low, low price of $50 for a year! Who wouldn't want that kind of service?
once again, overhyped, i play on all systems across all boards across all different types of games, and i have seen just as worse as i have seen on xbox, at least on xbox they are usually just little kids, on other platforms its usually older guys with the biggest e penis's in the world kicking you from their games or trying to do serious business on you on the game, its quite sad, so no, its not worse than the others
Funny you should say 2007-2009 because that's when I played...joebear15 said:Dota used to be worse when it was more popular in 07-09 thank god its starting to die out a bitThegoodfriar said:Appearently none of you guys played Defense of the Ancients (DotA), because that community was beyond awful.
It is the 4chan of gaming...
