Yeah I reckon. The only time I could use something like a mine was in Bigtown when the mutants come. Because every other time in the game, you are hunting them. Not visa versa (Hmm, that might motivate me to make a mod. Like sidequests where you have to defend places from a HUGE wave of enemies)NightShadeNes said:The traps in fallout 3 i never found a situation when they are useful
This right here.BlindMessiah94 said:Pretty much any healing item in any RPG ever, because I always horde them thinking I am going to run out, even when I have 99 of them.
I think it had a high chance of crippling if you aimed for the legs on most enemies, otherwise its very uselesswill1182 said:Ahh, the BB Gun. Combo the blastshield with the riot shield, really useful if someone stucks you with a semtex on the shield that you would otherwise die frommagicaxis said:The chinese pistol in fallout 3 prolly.. or the blast shield on MW2..or 60% of dhalsim's attacks on any street fighter games...or the machine gun in CSS.
Yeah... Many, many of the mods created allowed you to remove gems from equipment; shame they also typically made the game a lot harder (I suppose to balance the fact you now have better equipment ._.)neoswed said:Gems and runes in Diablo 2
I just kept telling myself "There might be a better weapon later"
or "I should save it so I combine it with other gems later"
This ended up with me having a full stash of perfect gems and lots of runes

I know, it just seemed like they either weren't needed (i.e. rad-away, which would be useful if radiation was actually a threat..) or weren't worth it. I mean seriously did anyone think that using a chem a few times was worth the hassle of getting detoxed? nope, me neither.Captain Karma said:In all my playthroughs of Fallout 3, I do not know that I used Rad-X more than a handful of times. In fact, most of the non stimpack chems went unused for me.
