The Klobb.
*snip the picture plus text*
The Klobb had weak power, relatively average firing speed for a SMG, and terrible accuracy. Overall, it was a terrible choice. But, I still don't argue with you.
I think the Shotguns in Goldeneye N64 were actually the worst. Terrible power for their accuracy, which was highly over-exaggerated for a shotgun, and one shotgun (they had auto and normal, and neither works) wasn't even included in the game.
Oh, yeah, there's also the Elevated rail system in Simcity 4. Why can't you just use a normal railway system? And highways are highly over-capacity for that actual use that you can get out of them. By the time you need the highway, your CBD which people are attempting to reach, you can't actually afford to demolish with highway systems.
My thoughts exactly on SC4.

Not to mention there is no auto save and the game has CTD's with no warning or error message (and did from release day it was never addressed).

Basically my goal in FPSs is to find the shittiest weapon and try to kill people with it. Very satisfying.
You'll have to excuse me, but what are CTD's?

Fuggin hate that fish.
Function of Fish: To piss you off when you're at a disadvantage and the only thing that can help you is a good pokemon.
On the subject of crappy pokemon, How about Magikarp in any of the games. I hated draggin that thing around waiting for it to evolve in to one of the best monsters in the game (And, correct me if im wrong, its in every single game I believe.....)

I've got a good one - Status spells in the Final Fantasy games such as "Blind" or "Confuse." Absolutely useless!!! Enemies are almost always immune or unaffected unless they are much weaker than you, at which point you can easily kill them with normal faster attacks.

Final Fantasy 12 is particularly terrible with this, tons of status spells and none of them ever work when you really need them too.

Um....GNOME CHOMPSKI! In Left 4 Dead 2, you can totally get a gnome from a shooting gallery and bash with it, but it kinda sucks and has no other purpose than being a fucking GNOME!

That, or the Empathy perk in Fallout 2.
...or Kama Sutra Master.

I'll put in a vote for the Suck Cannon from Ratchet and Clank. It's pretty tough to vacuum up however many enemies you need to shoot it, and once you do, the projectile can only hit one enemy. Laaame.
