I think Stopping Power is the most useless. I only use it when I prestige,
You can get the same from Cold Blooded, And you'll be safe from AI controlled kill streaks.

And yes. I do snipe whilst using Cold Blooded

All the perks have there uses in different situations.

Scrambler is pretty much a detriment to yourself if used alone but used as a team it can be very useful and frustrating for the opponents. Constantly having the radar scramble has them always second guessing where someone might be.

Hardline is good for a support guy on your team. 2 kills for a UAV ensures you will be picking out the enemy alot if they aren't using Cold Blooded. (It actually surprises me how few people use this perk. It makes the whole game alot easier imo.).

Last Stand is good for...well just being annoying :) It doesn't work often but when it does its funny. I know myself how frustrating it is getting caught on a reload from one of these guys.

Sit-Rep is good for hardcore mode cos that is claymore city. It seems like every player uses scavenger and claymores in that mode. They seem to be everywhere, sometimes in the most random places.

In saying all that though I generally stick with Scavenger, Bling, Sleight of Hand, Cold Blooded, Stopping Power, Ninja over all my classes.

I didn't really see the point of Commando Pro. Surviving high falls is cool and all, but a bit pointless.
I beg to differ. It's fantastic for surprise attacks in maps like Favela and Karachi. Jump down on your unsuspecting prey and murder his face off.

I'll vote for Last Stand. You can't shoot quick enough to surprise someone, and it only prolongs your inevitable death. Just take the Deathstreak version, at least that allows you to stand up again.

Sit-Rep is pretty useless in everything except hardcore. It's not like the claymores are invisible to a human eye, you just have to be careful and not blindly sprint into enemy territory.

One Man Army is the very essence of useless.

I'd say Ninja, but it is necessary to obtain Ninja Pro, which is one of the best perks in the entire game.

Also, yay, 900th post.

Hardline. Does anyone use that?

Totally not worth losing Stopping Power or Cold Blooded.
I do because I suck and need as much help as I can get to get my Kill/Death streaks.
I've figured out how to use all the perks I have unlocked effectivly, so I don't really thing any of them are useless.
Though I'd say Ninja, because I feel like I'm the only one in the world who uses heartbeat sensors online.

Sitrep I see being good to avoid a few deaths, but mostly to find campers. I snipe a lot on certain maps and recently I found a match where I'd get killed quickly if I planted a claymore to cover my back. I quickly realized someone was using Sitrep to spot it and figured the owner was nearby. Didn't have the same trouble once I stopped using it.

Cold blooded is a lifesaver against UAVs and air support. I use it on some of my kits, but I do hate that it works against Thermal scopes. I've pretty much given up on using Thermal scopes on hardcore because most people will have cold-blooded on anyway.

Ninja is worth using to get Pro. My SMG kit with Marathon, Lightweight, and Ninja Pro is awesome. Especially on bomb games where I can sprint like a madman to the target.

Scambler I've never touched. I don't see any advantage in it. The range of effect is too small to give the enemy a disability and instead creates a useful targeting method for them to find you. They should have made the radius of effect bigger and a straight anti-radar effect, no fading as you get closer.

scrambler is the worst idea for a perk ever... and yet EVERYONE uses it!!!
its actually worse than eavesdropper.

sitrep is pretty crap, although sitrep pro would be useful for sound whores (i've been trying to get sitrep pro for about 50 levels, and i currently have 21/120 explosives destroyed.
This and this and so much more.
For the record, I HATE COMMANDO.

Scrambler for me, because I play the majority of my games on hardcore. Only time it's of any use is when somebody else has it on, and you've got a UAV.

Ninja...I don't run across many Heartbeat Sensors online. I watch my Killcams, too. The Pro version with Silent Footsteps is very useful, though.
yeah your one of those people who cannot get real face to face kills so you gota watch the killcam and then hunt down your killer.. play some hardcore mode and lets see how you fair...

people who watch killcams are (expletive deletive)

What's with all the Hardline hate? It's a great perk for people like me who can get good K/D spreads but don't tend to get high killstreaks, I almost never get more than 4 kills a life without a killstreak reward so hardline is about the only way I can get to higher killstreak rewards (4, with hardline, = predator or sentry gun, which can jumpstart you up to the 6-7 range for harriers and the like).

Scambler's pretty worthless, but it can be good for distracting the enemy (hide out in a building near where they're sniping to freak them out and the like). Overall it's probably the worst perk IMHO.

Scrambler and SitRep
Useless and useless.

And to who have asked, fucking Toobers use One Man Army.
I haven't unlocked it yet, what does one man army do?
It lets you change your class with out prior dying.
Oh.

That kinda sounds lame.
The fun with that perk starts when you have some [explicit languange] who have two identical profiles with one-man-army, sitting in a corner camping the entrire game, just switching classes when they run out of sniper ammo / tubes.
