Personally, not a fan of Halo 3 Splazer. It's useful in vehicle hunting, yeah. But just as a man killer. Meh
I agree, But I had a lot offun with it. Usually 1-shot kill with that weapon. also, I used it against elite, and with a headshot its pretty useful.Bob_Marley42 said:The Rocket Rifle in Jagged Alliance 2. Its constantly bigged up ("A new generation of weapons. Weapons like you've never seen!") over the course of the game and its rubbish. It has a tiny magazine capacity, its heavy, its slow to fire, it can't take accessories, each weapon is finger print locked to one user and its incapable of full automatic fire. Against a numerically superior force (read: every enguagement in Jagged Alliance 2) where supressive fire or stealth is needed the weapon is utterly worthless. The only thing its good for is allowing Arulcan special forces to ruin your day.
LIES. You could bash people real good with that thing. T'was satisfying to crunch their face with a big metal tube.Pastor of Muppets said:almost anything daedric in TES:3
I mean seriously, just wearing full daedric armour without maxed strength left little space for anything to do the god-damn killing.
The rocket launcher is also pretty useless in any halo game.
You know what gun I used the most? The 1-hit kill weapon. It was a pistol.Unknower said:I'm not sure, but I think Thompson was much better than Stg 44 in Medal of Honour: Allied Assault, even though Stg 44 was hyped to be the über-Waffen.
You mean the ice-rifle? the weapon that had infinate ammo?Aunel said:the alien minigun thing from Crysis
screw that thing, just give me my gauss rifle!
The Nuke gun you used agaisnt the alien ship? That's what it was supposed to be for. It wasn't supposed to be for anything else.ksn0va said:The gun you get to use to defeat that huge alien in Crysis(forgot the name). You only get to use it once and fire it only a couple of times.
You mean the Farsight? Dude, you could shoot THROUGH walls with that. Hell I used to hide out in a tower, crouch down, and snipe the entire map through anything.Lullabye said:with you i must agree. I also didnt care too much for the xray sniper rifle, i could never tell if what i was looking at was behind a wall or not.Proteus214 said:I found the Slayer in Perfect Dark to be pretty damn useless in a multiplayer situation. The normal rockets were painfully slow and the guided rockets left you wide open for way too long.
YOU LIE. The rocket launchers melee attack was slower then a snail stuck in molasses in January in Alaska, rendering it completely useless when facing anything more than the broken door on the Autumn.curty129 said:LIES. OT: Guh.. I don't usually get far enough into games to get the Uber Gun.
I'll give you a cool but crap one though. The chinese pistol in Fallout 3 sounded, and looked pretty good. I can't understand why it was implemented into the game however. You had better chance throwing sand at your enemy.
And you can't sprint!GoldenCondor said:Actually not a weapon, but in S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Shadow of Chernobyl, you get an Exoskeleton which is supposedly the best armor, but the SEVA suit has a higher radiation protection and makes you less detectable, for the cost of a little less defense, therefore the ultimate exoskeleton is not the best suit.
What is with those?Distorted Stu said:The alien guns in Borderlands are pretty much good for one shot at a low armoured enemy.
I enchanted my Deadric Armour with feather spells and was able to carry another 400 units of weight on me.slipknot4 said:The demon armours in TES:4
The weigh like 50 pounds a piece so you can only carrly like a full set at a time and one weapon.
Not worth it.
Yeah, the Pistol is terrible against shielded Elites. I usually use a Pistol/Plasma Rifle combo so I have sometime to take their shields down.Trivun said:Not necessarily. I always switch it for the Plasma Rifle at the first opportunity, because plasma weapons generally work much better on shields and on the Flood. Plus, automatic fire FTW. Gets even better in Halo 2 and 3 with dual wield...Random argument man said:You don't need the other guns in Halo:CE. The first gun in the ame is the best one anyway.![]()
