I happen to know a few people who have been raped. They're simply not the same people anymore. It's almost impossible for someone to NOT be traumatised by rape. Sometimes, even the rapist gets traumatised. It's one of the most horrific things you can do to a person. Especially a virgin...Yureina said:This is horrible. I hope that girl isn't too badly traumatized by what happened. ;_;
That wouldn't qualify as rape, that'd be sexual harassment.JaceArveduin said:Eyup, not sure bout Australia, but in the U.S., rape is basically defined as any unwanted attention that can be construed as sexual in nature. This means you can be convicted as a rapist if you hug someone. One of the officials at my college came in and basically did a "rape awareness" talk, and one of the players he was scouting years ago got convicted of raping an entire playground of children at school. He was playing explicit music, after dropping his lil brother off, while his windows were down. A teacher heard it and pressed charges. The bad thing? If his windows had been rolled up, he might have gotten off, though his life still would have been fucked.Hookah said:This chap gets it. We need more details of the case before drawing judgment.krazykidd said:Wait. Define rape , the article doesn't really say what she was doing . She said she was trying to give her sex ed , which could be anything , i really need more information.
On a lighter note, considering Australia is one giant prison anyway, even after she gets out, she's still in prison. Ho ho ho ho.
I know and realize this. Already got the bunker set up.Jegsimmons said:this, damn double standards....also, watch out buddy, we are an unwelcomed minority here, prepare for shit storm.Malyc said:I blame the liberals... We conservatives, we'd have just shot the ***** and been done.
That was my first thought as well. Fucking disgraceful that she's being let out after only a year. I hope to the Jesus that she gets added to the registry and has to inform everyone of what she did. And never be allowed around her kids again.Kevlar Eater said:If a man did anything like this, there wouldn't be much left of him after the community he lived in formed a mob. A woman does it and she gets a slap on the wrist.
Screw it. Double standards once again prevail.
There's a big difference between pedophilia and child sexual abuse.Jegsimmons said:Im done here....unless a law passes tomorrow that makes pedophilia punishable by nothing less of life in prison, then im going to be this bunny.

What exactly happoened? All that I can r4ead protaying to the child involves sexukl videos that the kid watched involving her mother.
The 37-year-old Sunshine Coast mother used her mobile phone to create three films showing her raping her youngest child and exposed her to other sexual activity "in response to repeated questions".
10? Sounds like a pretty lax state.SmashLovesTitanQuest said:4 years? Meh. If a father rapes his daughter, he gets 10 and gets stabbed when he finally comes out of prison.
