Yeah I actually had to hand it to the director I had actually really started to like her as a character... these days, that's rare.

Saddest death: Leonardo Dicaprio in Titanic.
most unnecessary death more like. seriously, there was room for two on that big door, what a selfish ***** she was.
Actually, when he tried to get on, the door nearly capsized. Though that doesn't explain why they didn't just go on and off in shifts.

Seriously, was no one sad when Darth Vader died in Return of the Jedi? I know he was evil and the most badass character in the world (by the way, Hayden Christensen NEVER played Darth Vader) but after he killed the Emperor and repented, didn't you feel genuinely sad he was leaving?

I don't know if this counts, but I was sobbing when I thought ET died.

Apologies for the necro, but I know how much people hate repeat topics, and this is something I really felt I needed to put on one of these topics.

I just finished watching the newest episode of Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood on Youtube, and the death of
Lt. Colonel Maes Hughes
was a huge blow to the tear ducts for me. I mean, they go out of their way to show how much he cares for his family and how good-natured of a guy he is overall...then they have him get shot to death in a phone booth. That...was just messed up.
and he was like the funniest guy in the series. i wish he could show a picture of his daughter

Doc Holiday in Tombstone.

It's not a spoiler if it really happened.

This one might be though...

The younger dude in Four Brothers, can't remember his name but he was a really likeable character.
