Movies/games you won't admit happened (AKA there's only one Matrix movie)

Personally I don't react to things that I don't like in that way. Seems a tad immature to say the least.
So instead here's a list of common movie/games that other people deny and why those people are stupid for doing so.

Please note you're well within you're rights to dislike anything but to claim something has "ruined" a franchise is a big call and would require some kind of evidence.

Star Wars Prequel Trilogy: Lucas created the Star Wars Universe, if he decides that there's more to the force than inexplicable space magic then you need to deal with it. As for the acting, its corny but I personally managed to look beyond it to see 3 movies which were not worse than or better than the originals, they were different. Different because they were set in a different time and made in a different time.

Kingdom of the Cystal Skull: Context. Say it with me... Context. Indy is getting on in years and as such the movie is set in a different decade. A decade where I'm pretty sure (forgive any mistakes, history aint my strong point) the Cold War with Russia was on everyone's minds, and Russia was presumed to be experimenting with the paranormal/supernatural.
But blah blah blah Indy doesn't deal with aliens. Does he deal with gods? Ancient religions? Yes... yes he does and that's essentially what he's done here. The beings we see were what many ancient cultures seem to depict as their gods. It is often theorised that these depictions represented extraterrestrial life with technology that appeared godlike at the time. That's what Indy deals with, theories and mystery.
A few people I've heard of have suggested Atlantis as a better subject. Funny thing is, Atlantis was presumed to be a highly advanced civilisation I'm willing to bet people would still ***** about it saying that its too "sci-fi" to be Indy or something.

Pokemon Games: If you dislike the new ones so much go and play the originals, or the remakes of the originals (just avoid catching the new ones in the remakes). Personally I want to keep seeing Pokemon games, and I'd be damn disappointed if they kept releasing different games with the same 251 pokemon over and over.

I actually thought that the matrix sequals had their moments, tell me you don't want an APU (the big stompy mecha things the humans use to defend Zion).

Alien vs Predator 2
Mechwarrior xbox port
Almost every guitar hero game made last year (so...many...sequels)
Transformers 2
CoD:MW2-the solo mode was fun, just to short
The original Street Fighter. It started with II. I don;t care how many mathematical laws I broke.
Pac Man in 3D
Star Wars prequels. Star Wars Cartoons. Lego Star Wars
Does anyone know when Alien 3 is coming out? I hear it will be awesome.
Oh, and the Dune movie that went to theaters. The SciFi version was better.
SciFi channel name change.

You're fucking joking?! Seriously, at least the first didn't screw with any of the pre-existing concepts, aside from aliens being found before inter-galaxy travel. AVP:R fucked everything up, How was the Predalien able to implant embryos into people by forcing them down their mouth? And if they're completed embryos, Why the fuck did they look like normal aliens? Not a bit of it made any damn sense. The only reason I can see that Predator coming to Earth like that was to reclaim that ship, but why the hell did he not call for back up when he saw the shit that was going down? I mean, in the first, they had at least 6 predators to take out a small alien infestation, but when you have a fucking hybrid and a quickly going swarm, they only call in one? God, that movie was horrible.

Personally, I can see the first as cannon, but no way in hell is AVP:R cannon, it breaks a lot of pre-established alien mythos ideas.
I preferred Requiem because it had the same tone and feel as the first two Alien movies, that tone being more dramatic with more focus on a psychological horror vibe. Plus it was rated-R rather than watered down PG-13.
With the first one the six predators were novice Hunters on their first official hunts (or at least that was implied). In Requiem the single Predator was a Veteran hunter (evidenced by the numerous trophies and masks) and was implied to be a cleaner (nick-named the Wolf as a nod to the Wolf from Pulp Fiction.

I'm glad that they didn't even bother making that "Street Fighter:The Movie" bit.

I'm glad that Star Wars will stand the test of time as an amazing trilogy.

I can't believe anyone ever came up with a new version after classical physics to explain how atoms work on the small side as there is nothing smaller than them ( yes i am currently studying quantum mechanics and i hate it with a passion).

More to the idea of staying OT: wouldn't it just be cool if some people made a really awsome movie about the universes' two most bad ass xenos: Alien VS Predator. Now how could that fail?

Also I'm always left wondering what happened to Riddick and the rest of the survivors of Pitch black.

How can you say Green Day, International Superhits should've never happened? It is ten times the album American Idiot and 21st century Breakdown is!
That was a good album -.- Now I feel depressed...

Although you're completely right about Eragon :p
What are you talking about? There was never an "International Superhits" album. It was only a concept idea.

Also, I found it odd that nine episodes of The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya kept repeating themselves...

Oh, wait...

Even so, if he was a cleaner like you say, then he knew ahead of time what was going down. Why the hell would he care? Honestly? They hunt humans, we produce stronger prey, they leave us to our fate so they can get bigger prey. Ok, sure it had the same feel as the first two alien movies... kinda, remove the psychological part and I'll agree. The problem I have with it is AVP, not Alien. I see nothing wrong with a little action because that where the predators side of it comes in. I mean, the first tried (albeit, failed) to do this, give us both in an enjoyable way. I completely agree with the sense that the first was saddening because it was PG-13. It shouldn't have been, they could have made a nice horror/action movie if they hadn't tried to sell it to underage kids. Besides, it not like a rating will stop anyone anyhow.

It's undoubtedly been said, but there is no 4th Indiana Jones movie. Shia Labeouf is just lying.
Shia who??

!!
Yeah, I could maybe believe that the powers that be would be stupid enough to make a new Indiana Jones movie that sucked mightily and served as it's own parody more effectively than any real parody could ever manage, but there's just no way that this "Laboof" person is real. Next you'll tell me there's a real person named Uwe Boll who only makes crappy video-game movies when everyone knows there is no such thing as a videogame to film adaptation!

You realize there is no part of that paragraph that doesn't make you sound like a crazy person, right? Assuming these 'prequel' films were something other than the product of your fevered imagination, to say that they were neither better nor worse than the only Star Wars movies implicitly suggests they were therefore just as good.

Clearly that's utter nonsense.

It is tragic. A couple decades ago, a kid got hit by a car. Shia La something or other. Too bad he never got an acting career :/

Love Hina anime never happened. Only the manga exist.

I would say the the anime of Negima ended a few episodes before Asura died but, the anime was not to bad.

Solid Snake does not have a rapid aging gene in him.

Gotta agree that the animatrix was amazing, "the second renaissance 1 and 2" complete the matrix trilogy

Also what happened after NFS Underground 2?

Also also, someone told me they might release a new sequel to C&C Red Alert 2! Can't Wait XD

Also also also, whats this i hear about Disney making sequels to timeless classics like Jungle Book and Lion King and Brother Bear? They'd better not remove great voice actors and amazing animation - replacing it with hacking arses and pubic lice.
