One of my old roomies got me to watch that one. From then on any movie that sounded remotely like that one got put on the back burner.

The *far* back burner.

Braindead aka Dead Alive.

Awesome zombie movie. By Peter Jackson.
Aww...I was gonna say that one! Pretty f-ed up movie. Mother gives me nightmares!

Other ones I've seen that no one I know has--

Dream with the Fishes

Subject Two

Flatliners

Waking Life-- I know others here have seen this one, but I have yet to meet anyone else in RL aside from two old roomates, whom I originally watched it with...

uh...I would have more, but I'm drawing a blank right now...brain is checking out for the night.

I've seen all of Jarmusch's films including the ones he's been in as an actor, and a Jarmusch film with Screaming Jay Hawkins? Colour me there.

Ditto Peter Sellers, and Alec Guinness.

I doubt many have seen Branded to Kill, though I know Jarmusch has.

I'd be pretty secure in saying that not many on the Escapist would have seen Two Lane Blacktop.

Hell, I bet no-one here has seen Being There, Network or The Big Red One.
Hell, I have seen them all and own them on DVD. Great movies, you should check out other Sam Fuller movies, the director of "Big red One".

Blood of Heroes.

So obscure, that mainly LARPERS know about the jugging part.

One might be The Host. This completely awesome Korean Monster Movie that is both funny and has great dramatic story.

I've also seen The Killer Shrews this really bad and really old monster movie that has both really boring story and really bad costumes in that the monster are dogs wearing shag carpets and fake dentures. In one shot even you see the dog wagging it's tail while sitting behind a bush. Another film made by the same director is The Giant Gila Monster.
The Host is excellent.

I've also seen Killer Shrews, and dear lord that was a hillariously bad film. This was years before I even knew MST3K exisited. That's right, I watched it, without riffing

*DUN DUN DUUUUUUUUUN*

Probably Dark Star, which is genius. And the Mega Man and Zelda fan films. Both of which are pretty cool but Mega Man is the far superior one. It actualy feels like a real film.

Ok, I have seen the vast majority of the ones quoted here, some comments

Branded to Kill: awesome film, preffer Tokyo Nagaremono (just check my screen name)

Two Lane Blacktop: sorry to disapont, own it on Criterion edition

Being There, Peter Sellers at its best,
Network: paddy Chayefsky is GOD
The Big Red One: Sam Fuller, mandatory viewing. I still preffer Shock Corridor, though

STALKER: Huge Tarkovsky fan

Dead Snow: it was rubbish

The Happiness Of The Katakuris, I'm a huge, HUGE fan of Takashi Miike, I reccomend watching
the korean original Chyonghan kajok

Violent Shit 3: Infantry of Doom. Andreas Schnaas is a jackass, that movie bored the hell out of me

Wild zero: own it on DVD, own Guitar Wolf's discography

Versus: same thing, even have the limited edition tin box.

El Topo, have an autographed copy

Robo Geisha, it was even worst than both Tokyo Gore Police and The Machine Girl (and THAT is saying something...)

Murder by Deat: It has the only film acting appearance of Truman Capote, so, it is a curious gem just because of that

Ice Pirates, it has Anjelica Houston, Robert Urich, Ron PErlman and John "I'm the lousiest films ever shot" Carradine, mandatory viewing if you enjoy crap cinema

Gummo, love that one, Harmony Korine is wonderful

Tetsuo: also a huge Shinya Tsukamoto fan, I recommend Tokyo Ken. Just as a piece of trivia, Tsukamoto, the director, provided Vamp's voice in the Japanese version of MGS4

Jade Warrior: that's the finnish martial arts movie, right? bored the hell out of me, didn't finish watching it.

Ok, I have some

Satantango by Bela Tarr, a seven and a half hour movie about a small town in Hungary

the Cremaster Cycle by Matthew Barney, in which a lot of crazy shit happens, and has Dave Lombardo and the singer from Morbid Angel (the latter covered in bees) in an explosive cameo

Knights by Albert Pyun: Kris Kristofferson (well, to be fair, is Kris Kristofferson's double) fighting cyborg vampires

The Beast of Yucca Flats by Coleman Francis: I know many, many people know it, but very few have dared to se it in one sitting.

Stone Reader by Dow Mossman: a documentary about books and reading, yeah, that one IS obscure...

Madam Sata by Karim Ainouz: a brazilian bio pic about a gay, crossdressing con man and capoeira master

I think more people might have seen the first one than the second one, but everyone should see both either way.

Be Kind Rewind and Son of Rambow. There were only five people in the cinema when I saw Son of Rambow which is just a crime since the movie is excellent.
