I admit, I didn't think of that until you said it, but I certainly like it.Custard_Angel said:Who would use a swastika anyway?
I can think of 2 categories:
1. Neo-Nazis
2. 13 year old boys
I think the gaming scene is better without either groups.
One of the guys I regularly play with, a former Marine, has a Swastika as his emblem.Saucycardog said:http://www.computerandvideogames.com/article.php?id=276956

I'm sure someone could easily pull a whole "freedom of speech" thing and get away with it(even though custom emblems aren't covered by that freedom).
What they should be working on is stopping all those stupid 14 year olds that have penis' for their emblems. Why would you want that?

You can't pull freedom of speech when it's private domain (Microsoft or whoever owns it)-Samurai- said:One of the guys I regularly play with, a former Marine, has a Swastika as his emblem.Saucycardog said:http://www.computerandvideogames.com/article.php?id=276956

I know, but they second someone screams that x company is violating their rights, they get their way. Even if it's just because the company doesn't want to be seen negatively by the people that aren't informed on the situation.Baneat said:You can't pull freedom of speech when it's private domain (Microsoft or whoever owns it)-Samurai- said:One of the guys I regularly play with, a former Marine, has a Swastika as his emblem.Saucycardog said:http://www.computerandvideogames.com/article.php?id=276956

If it were your own clothes, I'd say you're untouchable, but if you walk into a restaurant with them on and you tell them they either remove it or find someone to accomodate them, that's fine too. You couldn't tell them to remove it on a public street, and that's just fine.
