Im thinking of getting RFG, is it ok beside multiplayer?Easton Dark said:Try to find Red Faction Guerrilla games on PC.
You shant.
Oh yeah, the Single-Player was great fun, if the driving challenges didn't grate my nerves one too many times for my liking.Vault101 said:Im thinking of getting RFG, is it ok beside multiplayer?
only because aprantly armageddon looks great and it I prefer to at least play the previous game plus its cheapEaston Dark said:Oh yeah, the Single-Player was great fun, if the driving challenges didn't grate my nerves one too many times for my liking.Vault101 said:Im thinking of getting RFG, is it ok beside multiplayer?
"Drive across the entire game world through 8 military checkpoints in under 4 minutes, 3:25 seconds for bonus"
"In a dune buggy"
"FUCK!"
Other than that: Combat is great (if never ending), and ambushes are fun to pull off. I'd recommend the single-player yeah.
Yeah, Guerrilla is the third one. NEVER EVER pick up 1 and 2. I got them in the THQ pack (along with Guerrilla) not even considering them reasons to buy it and I still feel cheated.Vault101 said:only because aprantly armageddon looks great and it I prefer to at least play the previous game plus its cheapEaston Dark said:Recommendation snipVault101 said:Im thinking of getting RFG, is it ok beside multiplayer?

No clue exactly when, but when me and another friend were visiting a friend who had moved to Georgia, last summer I think, we rediscovered how awesome the game is and ended up playing it for an entire week, when we returned home and tried to play online we discovered the atrocity to the gaming world... oh yea to answer your question I have no cluearc1991 said:Really? It must of been the end of last year i played my last match, when did they get taken down?Furioso said:Battlefront 2 for the xbox, it is literally dead, they shut the servers down
Doubt it, It's had more players than Black Ops for these past few weeks.FFHAuthor said:Medal of Honor Airborne, hilariously so. Call of Duty boasts 15,000-20,000 players in each game, a year ago, MoH Airborne had 12.
Modern Warfare 2, maybe, I've sat in lobbies for 15 minutes waiting to find a game, so I don't know if that counts as dead or not.
Neither of those are Valve properties. Next time try Counter Strike and Team Fortress.player3141 said:I doubt that valve will, alien swarm was released as a platform for developers, which was the only reason it was free. They make a lot of money from games that were originally mods. I.E. Killing Floor, and Dino D-day.rekabdarb said:I didn't want to go through the process of downloading all the custom made map packs... and so there were only 7 maps. And unless valve decided to update it, it's stuck like thatespressojet said:In my opinion, Alien Swarm... It was great when it first came out everyone got it (cuz it's free) but then it got... obscenely repetitive.
UT3 isn't- Ok it is... I want to go into Denial about it because I just bought it like 2 months ago.pulse2 said:Other than Unreal Tournament 3 of course.
Buy the original Unreal Tournament. It's still alive and kicking, not to mention vastly superior to any of those...things that they call UT nowadays.Solo-Wing said:UT3 isn't- Ok it is... Battlefield 2 is pretty dead.
I used to have it on dreamcast. I got it for PS2 but that one has no Online. (They made the Dreamcast one online, but not on PS2. That pisses me off.Cowabungaa said:Assassin's Creed Brotherhood isn't that old, but I can barely find games for it on the PS3. Damned shame because it was one of the most unique multiplayer experiences I had in ages.

Not true, it's only a few weeks since I had a lot of matches with a couple of my mates in Red Faction Guerilla. Not that I like the game ('cept for the hammering of the people), but it ain't dead on PC. At least not in Europe.Easton Dark said:Try to find Red Faction Guerrilla games on PC.

Ninja'd. It's a real shame, because that game promised a LOT. Guess it needs a lot more than nice graphics and cool gameplay to stay alive.Ladette said:Chronicals of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena is even deader than that. Which is a damn shame because the Riddick mode was fucking awesome.
