Australia has a pretty broad range of music. Here's three completely different styles.

The anthem of every angsty teenager who's been cheated onAngsty br00tal atheist anthem
Who hasn't heard of Parkway? I like how they don't seem to care about having an image like most people in their scene. There's a guy on stage wearing thongs (the shoe) lmao.
I guess I should include some music with distinctive Australian-ness about it because I'm posting bands with obviously foreign influences.

Anybody who doesn't know this band is missing out.

Three different songs, covering a number of different musical styles. Great talent.

I'm American. There's more good music than I can shake a stick at. (Or have time to listen to)
Care to provide an example...

Maybe something that might not escape your borders otherwise... In other words, a less popular band you think is good... I did it for my country, I came up with 4! America can definitely top Canada right? Bring it on!!!

Daft Punk is French. I was taken aback by you're arrogance before, if you were wondering why I looked it up.

If you'll notice I edited Daft Punk out before you quoted me.

True story.

Also, I wasn't being arrogant. It's totally true that I don't have enough time to listen to all the good music just from America. Doubly so when you factor in everywhere else that has awesome music. I really wish I had more time for music.

this thread needs some variety regarding the genres:

if you have the chance watch the movie "Berlin Calling" to get a feel about Berlin/German Nightlife with all its hedonism and tragedy

this guy is widely regarded as the future of Electronic Dance Music

those guys are a total force when playing live on festivals

real smooth hiphop/funk mashup

I'm at the library, and they don't have any sound at their computers. So it'd be great if y'all could just hum some ABBA.

More Australian;
Children Collide - Jellylegs
Birds of Tokyo - Broken Bones/Silhouettic
The Living End - E-Boogie/Second Solution
Gyroscope - Snakeskin
Bluejuice - Vitriol
Cog - What If
Dead Letter Circus - One Step
The Getaway Plan - Where the City Meets The Sea
Karnivool - Set Fire To The Hive
Mammal - The Majority
The Vines - Get Free
The Presets - Are You The One?

I think that's enough win for now.
