One of my favourite power metal bands, Tyr, sing most of their songs in English but on each of their albums they also have a couple of songs sung in their native Faroese which are awesome.
I'm also a fan of the Japanese hiphop group nobodyknows+ - their songs are funky and catchy despite me not understanding a word they're saying (besides the occasional line in English).
Another Japanese crafter of gorgeous pop songs is Shugo Tokumaru who I was lucky enough to see when he came to Australia last year. Wonderful songs, still no idea what he's actually singing about ^^;
Basta-Mama from the Eastern European radio station in GTA IV.
I liked the song before I knew what the hell the lyrics meant. I liked it even more after I found out what they meant.
Well, aside from aforementioned ninja'd song, the only "foreign language" bands I have on my music player right now are Dir En Grey and Fear, and Loathing in Las Vegas, which are Japanese Prog-metal and Electrocore, respectively.
What? No one's posted a song in Chichewa yet? I'm shocked.
An honorable mention goes to my love of French songs, as I speak French just well enough that I exempt French songs from this thread. Still, Serge Gainsbourg is the champion.
