Fallout 3's radio music. Roy Browns stuff on that game was amazing, shame he only had two tracks, granted one of them is one of my favorite songs "Butcher Pete."

Pretty much this. While I know the songs from Fallout 3 were all pre-existing, so technically they're not "game music" per-se, I can't help but sing along every time I hear Civiliztion (Bongo Bongo Bongo) by The Andrews Sisters & Danny Kaye.
