Over half of the music on my iPod comes from video games, whether they are orchestral, jazz, or original recordings. I don't think I could list all of them if I tried.

I feel way too unmotivated to find the videos on YouTube, but mainly The Orange Box's music. Team Fortress 2's music is so varied and fitting.

From 1998. Such a badass game.

I've got dozens of other soundtracks that deserve mentioning but that one is in my head at the moment.

Seriously, I don't think there's any song in this game that I wouldn't put on this list.
My favorite soundtrack of all time.

I played Ghost Trick recently so these are fresh.

How is it that we've gotten this far and no one's mentioned one of the greatest-ever title menu songs yet?

I give you, from Civilization 4, "Baba Yetu." This song is regularly on my mp3 player playlist. Before I got an mp3 version I would regularly let the title screen play for several minutes while I did something else just to have the background music on.

Golden Sun. God, those games were good. Too bad there was never a third...
Go get a DS.
Sorry, I meant to say, "Too bad there was never a third that wasn't a complete piece of shit."

There's also a song removed from the game, but still on the soundtrack called Pillow Stains. They're both exactly what Deadly Premonition is. Strange. Not quite right. Intriguing. And darn right impressively unique. They're definitely not crowd pleasers and you either hate or love them. I personally can't get enough.

Ooh, Good Topic.

Since playing Fallout 3 and Listening to Galaxy News Radio ive been partial to alot that old-style music. I sometimes find myself singing 'I dont want to set your world on fire' by The Ink Pots and 'A wonderful guy' by Tex Beneke =) Both from the Game

Also I gotta love the first Dead Rising Soundtrack!

That's about it off the top of my head.

Music from Kingdom Hearts, Final Fantasy, and Dark Cloud games.

Most people i know think it's weird that i listen to videogame music (including gamers), apparently it's even more weird than listening to Anime music.

I wouldn't say it was bad. It was certainly not as good as the first 2, and it was easier, but there was a good amount of content, a decent story and a good amount of play time in it. Matthew is just as amazing as his father, and Tyrell is just as useless as his.
