So... the developers were at fault for making a mistake and letting a bug through? Okay, fair enough. To me it seems like a niche bug, one that might be difficult to find during beta testing, and things like this do find their way into released games. Sure, they shouldn't, but they do. It happens. Blame the developers/beta testers if you wish.
What I don't understand is why the mistakes of this group of people should necessarily mean that, whilst they work on correcting it, the game should be ruined for those who don't use such a glitch. If it was quite clearly an oversight - and all of you saying that it's the developer's fault seem to agree so - then this means it shouldn't be in the game. It should be against the rules. Whilst they release a fix or patch, all they are doing is ensuring that the people who continue to gain an unintended advantage [and it looks like a pretty powerful glitch] don't get to play until it has been fixed. In essence, they are just removing the glitch from the game early by temporarily removing those who use it, and perhaps deterring others from doing so.
