My friend recently told me that he is prejudice against gay people, we have openly gay students at our school. give me your commentary on this.

Cleverly devise the most romantic situation imaginable, but make it two men, only one of them is cute and girlish, and is about to kiss the other guy. Have your friend imagine he is that other guy and that the other guy is just looking at him so totally lovingly and stuff. If he gives it a try and still can't at least accept that other people might have a right to feel that way, drop his sorry patootie like a sack of potatoes.

I openly hate gays. I don't care who knows it, and your friend isn't going to care if the gays think less of him for hating them.

Luckily for me, I go to a small school where there are very, very few of them, so i don't have to put up with them.

Do you bash/insult/plot against/poison gay people? Incite others to do the same? Attempt to force your views on others? (Ironically like everyone on the other side of the fence) If not, then that's ok with me. I guess...

I have a prejudice against homosexuals too.

At least that's what I'm told because I view it as a form of insanity (it fits the definition).

Now how does it fit the definition of insanity? I understand the definition I'm just pretty sure that most gay people realize they can't have kids other then adopting. If anything bigotry is insane because you're expecting people to except you while you denounce others.

Depends how you feel, I personally couldn't stand to be friend's with a homophobes for the same reasons I'm not friends with racists. I just don't get why people will discriminate against people solely for their sexuality, its just as bad as racism.

While gay marriage is just fine, adoption isn't. They can provide a loving, stable home and all, but it's just... not right for the kid. "Um, which one of you is my mommy?"

Someone hasn't researched parenting at all it seems. Males can provide feminine influences just as females can provide male influences. All the research on same sex parenting shows that it's no different from different sex parenting.

Like, why go through the effort of educating people that gayness isn't contagious or hereditary when we can just deny two people who love each other to provide a home for a child.

I mean, gay parenting? That'll just worsen the problem. I mean, parents would have to tell their children that shooting other children in the face because they're different [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/E.O._Green_School_shooting] is wrong, and all that other shit that goes under the parenting tab.

Maybe you can teach YOUR children to be nice, what about the other 2/3rds of the bigoted school parents? They won't give a shit until said kid goes on a school shooting rampage.
