My life is boring and meaningless. Suggest a hobby.

I am open to your suggestions, even the more bizarre ones I'm sure I'll receive.

My current hobbies consist primarily of playing the drums and music, and I'm looking to branch out. Variety is the spice of life, after all.

Video games :3 This is a video game web site, after all. I think that suggestion comes by default.

And if you need any cheaper hobbies, try reading (public libraries are amazing), writing, or look for tutorials on how to do stuff like play an instrument or learn a new language. Also, probably a bit random, but amateur voice acting might be good if you'd like to act and have a decent microphone. I can suggest a web site if you'd like to give that a try :3

Do manly things. Fight a bear. Climb a mountain. Jump out of a plane, parachute included depending on manliness. Or if you're like me, build a wall!

I tried boxing for a year and half. It was alright. I've had my fill of "manly" things for now, unless a new Jiu-jitsu joint opens up in town that won't make my wallet cry uncontrollably.

Lets see, for me I usually just write short stories when I'm bored but I don't expect everyone to do that. One thing I could suggest is to try and do a project of some kind, for me I am working on adding things to my avatar. I am currently up to 50 possible deaths and I want to get to 100 and I have to say that it takes up a good amount of time :p

Fencing! You can never go wrong with handling weapons durr!

Lego and art are two good ones, as well. Those are what I do.
If you know a thing or two about Pokémon, try a Nuzlocke [http://www.nuzlocke.com/challenge.php] run. That's a great way to learn how to draw (if you can get access to a tablet and a decent art program, this is a bonus).

Hmmm...so you're already a man? Then I have just the hobby, cooking! I kid, singing! I love singing, it's fun. Alternatively, you can do the d.a.n.c.e.

I'll suggest my current hobby: Collecting Transformers.

I recently started collecting Transformers from the Beast Wars line, and I'm having fun with it. I bought a Megatron last week, and I'm looking at him right now. YEEEESSS.

Re-enacting Wars that people haven't heard of. The Afridi and Redshirt Rebellion of 1930-31, the Third Afghan War, the First Boer War, the Icelandic Cod War, the Invasion of Rockall (1972) all spring to mind

This is my response to this:
I have a reissue of the G1 Soundwave and it's my pride and joy :D

OT: Reading comics, playing some retro games, getting into a sport, stuff like that :D

Cooking seems to be a popular one. That one might be nice because then I could feed myself some other that ramen noodles and spaghetti-o's.

Geocaching sounds fun. Anybody do that?

Maybe try your hand in model railroading, at little bit expensive at times but can be worth it.
Lot's involved, researching, building, playing, breaking, fixing :D

I have a suggestion which, while not perhaps a good hobby, could be good for some laughs and a fun timekiller.

First, tear up a few bits of paper into little notes. Then, you write a few random adjectives and words and whatnot. For instance:

"Magical"
"Red"
"House on wheels"
"Boot"
"Space"
"Plumber"

Whatever you can think of, really. Then, you mix it all together in a hat and pick up a handfull of notes at random. Then, you piece together the catch and try to write a story or draw a comic, depending on what you'd like, from what you can piece together from the notes.

Like a magical plumber with a red house on wheels.
