Go to equestria daily's story archive and each pony has a crossover section.
My personal favorite crossover fic is Fallout: Equestria.
Comics/art though, i haven't seen too much of, but a lot of it's already somewhere.

Edit: for ME2 i would have to say the go-to for shepard would be Luna- she's both large and in charge (being a princess and all), and mostly uncharacterized, leaving a lot of room to make her good or evil.

I think we established a rule in an older thread, like rule 50-something.
but yeah, the rule will be popularized soon.

I'm going to admit, I don't know who "Fluttershy" is, but this made me laugh pretty hard.

My suggestion? Batman. Because everything becomes cooler with Batman in it.

Another idea would be a crossover with The Blair Witch Project and have the ponies being followed around with a camera POV shot could be very interesting to watch and funny to see scared reactions and hilarious close-ups.

or better yet how about DBZ? i'd to see some ponies shooting fireballs at each other. (all the human/alien/etc. characters in either crossover would be ponyfied by the way).

After seeing the ones John Funk already posted, I'm actually surprised that hasn't been done yet.

Also, a MST3K crossover, or in other words, pretty much the ponies riffing terrible movies would be pretty funny and interesting to see.

Either that or have Mike/Joel and the Bots riffing on FiM. Now I'd watch that.

There's an image I posted in the group chat the other day with the CMCs in the end heart-lineup thing that every PPG episode ends in. AppleBloom was Blossom, Sweetie Belle was Bubbles, and Scootaloo was Buttercup.

I think we settled on Rule 85 somewhere in the depths of the News Room thread about MLP-dubbed trailers. (In the Grim Darkness of the Future, there are Only Ponies). About page 15, IIRC.

It is Rule 85.

With FiM being an internet phenomenon and their encounters with various mythical beasts, why not combine it with something like the Slenderman or in this case Slender Pony?

Well I was trying to make them all female characters but yeah, Dash is Garrus.
Twilight was supposed to be femshep, but she is the best Tali.
So... Would Spike be Sheppard or Joker?

Okay, now I'm imagining Spike voiced by Seth Green. Wow. Yes, I'm gonna go with Joker.

As for Shep, since everyone creates their own, he'd have to be one of those online "build your own Pony" ponies.

Or possibly Celestia.

I couldn't ever imagine ever playing as Celestia, so it'd definitely be a make-your-own thing. Honestly I couldn't even begin to guess what Celestia would be. Probably some higher up, or hell, even a reaper.

On topic, I'd pay good money to see a MLP/Tengenn Toppa Gurren Lagann crossover. I can just imagine a pony several thousand times the size of a galaxy. And it is awesome.
