I'm expecting a fallout announcement by the end if the year, around about the time they're ready to release the second and last EP for Skyrim. I'm expecting a September-ish release of Fallout 4 next year. I'm bet on it that they're split their team already and have half working on one, half on the other like they did shortly after Oblivion came out for Fallout 3.

They aren't doing EPs for Skyrim, they are doing large DLC.

Secondly we dont know how many there are, only that it will probably be less then Fallout 3, and that there will be AT LEAST 2.
