Avatar: The Last Airbender was an incredibly tightly constructed show. It ended right when it needed to.
I couldn't agree more.Daveman said:The Office and Extras. Their christmas specials are fucking awesome and it was literally the best thing. Also it didn't go on to long.
ColeMcdoi said:Easily Scrubs, technically it ended at Season 8 and the season after is actually a spin-off. So yeah, (SPOILER ALERT!!!) the part with J.D walking towards the exit of Sacred Heart and him seeing all the patients and memroable people that have been in the series is just.....EPIC
Everything these gentlemen said.kortin said:Monk ended pretty well. As much as I would have loved for them to continue it, they did a fine job wrapping up the series.
I guess for the same reason they didn't import the UK version of The Office (which also had a good ending i think)NinjaDeathSlap said:I'd forgotten about Life on Mars UK, that is probably the second best example after Blackadder, shame they made Asher to Asher 1 season too long, because for a spin-off that was really quite good. And I will never understand why they made the US version, it hit every base on the shit pitch. Why couldn't they have just imported the UK version???YesIPlayTheBagpipes said:the UK version of Life On Mars.
the US one was beyond stupid.

Avatar the last Airbender had a good ending.
I also liked Gilmore Girls ending (yeah, I like Gilmore Girls, more like love actually, deal)
I actually wasn't to fond of the Voyager ending, it wasn't bad, just not "end of a 7 year epic"-good. I liked the-TNG ending better. I know there are movies after, but they still ended the series in a good way[/quote
Oh, I just realized my 100th post was about TV-shows, my greatest past-time. I even mentioned Gilmore Girls. How fitting, Champagne for everyone!
The 9th season of Scrubs is not Scrubs. However, it was still really good and I don't see what people have against it. I would happily watch at least a few more seasons of Lucy, Cole, Drew and Denise. They are awesome characters.JakBandit2208 said:If you ask me the 9th Season of Scrubs doesn't exist.TheSaw said:I would love to say Scrubs, but then they made Season 9 -_-
I forgot about that show, not sure i remember how it endedThumper17 said:Boy meets world.
I mean, we literally watched a kid GROW.
The ending was actually supposed to go on for a bit longer before the cut and make it seem more likely Tony got killed. They cut that out because they're idiots or something.Vausch said:Stewie: And while we're on the subject HBO deserves a whack for ending the Sorpanos on a F*CKING CUT TO BLACK *shoots camera*Antari said:MASH and Soprano's ended fairly well and completely
Yeah, I really liked Scrubs Med School, too. Every time I see Dave Franco show up in anything, I laugh. There was a show on showtime that no one but me seemed to watch called Brotherhood. It was about a mobster and his politician brother in Rhode Island. Jason Isaacs played the criminal and he was amazingly scary. It was canceled after only three seasons, but it wrapped up really nicely.radioactive lemur said:The 9th season of Scrubs is not Scrubs. Prison Break should have ended after season 2, like they originally planned. Not to say it didn't end well despite that, but it was certainly dragged out for 2 more seasons just because they could.radioactive lemur said:A lot of people didn't like it, but I thought Prison Break had a really powerful ending. It was really sad sure, but I thought it was a masterpiece. Plus it gave a real feeling of closure so we're not wondering if they will revive it.
