Ok, now i have never played the first Kingdom Hearts but i have played the second and all my friends say the first was awful in comparison to KH2. So i am gonna say KH2>KH
Gotta disagree with you there, KH1 > KH2 because KH2 = Triangle button. I remember a boss fight where all I did was move in the boss's general direction (not even really paying attention) and mashing X until the Triangle button symbol appeared, then mashing that until it died.

The too-easy fights sucked the life out of that game, but then so did the dull story.
I found it quite challenging at times, and the forms were awesome, did you even try fighting sephiroth?
No, but then I'm a gamer who has a hard time trying sidequests or extras if I'm not interested enough in the main story. KH2 just didn't have enough to keep me into it.

For example, I wouldn't be interested in the Zelda Caves of Ordeals if the rest of the games weren't fun enough, nor the optional missions in Saints Row 2 if the main game had sucked. Sidequests and optional parts for me don't make or break a game, but they can be enhancements to an already fun game.

Aliens > Alien

EDIT: Aliens 3 sucked big time

DOUBLE EDIT: And don't even get me started on Alien Ressurection

TRIPLE EDIT: AVP 2 *eye twitches, nose bleeds*
I prefer the first alien film its more of a horror film.

Transformers 2 was way better than the first. The Dark Knight is better than Batman Begins and most Batman movies in general. Spiderman 2 and 3 are better than the first Spiderman. Most FF games are better than the last one. I think on average sequels are better. I mean if you living in the past of course nothing will top what you grew up with, but technically, sequels do more of what you wanted in the first place but you forget when you are too romantically involved with your past.

Aliens was better than alien. All the way.

Alien 3 is your typical BAD sequel (i liked it though, not as much as Alien or Aliens but still) And alien resurection was like WTF bad

Uhhh, other than that, uhhh... Aha, Dark Knight is better than Batman Begins.

Another one.... uhh... Personally i liked the RE 2 movie better than RE 1, but technically they are pretty bad movies. (didnt stop me liking them, stupid critics)

lets go for anohter one, im on a roll. (BUT IF ANYONE SAYS CLEAR SKY >>> SHADOW OF CHERNOBYL, YOU ARE AN IDIOT)

Games, Dawn of War Dark crusade > Winter Assault
Team Fortress 2 > Team Fortress
Garrys mod 10 > Garrys mod 9
Oblivion > Morrowind EDIT: THIS IS MY OPINION, i HAVE BOTH GAMES.
BattleStations pacific > Battlestations midway
STALKER Call of Prypyat > SoC and Clear sky (if they release what they are promising)
OverLord 2 > Overlord (its really the same thing, but Overlord 2 just is like Overlord 1 +1)
Half life 2 > Half life
Saints row 2 > saints row 1
RE 4 >ALL OTHER RE GAMES.

And so on.

Empire Strikes Back

Timesplitters 2

Metal Slug X

Guitar hero II

Syphon Filter 2

Jak 2

Dawn of the Dead

Die Hard 2

Also, someone further up has put KOTOR 2, this person is actually insane.
I liked the original Die Hard more actually.

Jak 2 i would have to agree with, i guess

I would rate T1 and T2 as the same for me, i cant decide which i like better

Only played syphon filter 1

Hmm... I'm not a big FF'er. But I did attempt to beat FFVII numerous times, and really liked it because the characters were strongly defined and vibrant and the battles were interestingly tough. However, that game is cursed for me; every time I get close to finishing it, I lose my save file. Three times on PC, four on PSX. I was reasonably guaranteed to have my work eaten after I got past the Golden Saucer.

FF 8 was fun most of the way through and then it turned into a slog and I lost interest since the majority of the character development was complete by then. FF 9 just was too silly and meandering for me, and X forcibly ejected me from play.

When I say "forcibly ejected" I mean what happens to me every time I try to read Great Expectations. After a few pages, I find it simply impossible to continue further. FF 9 does the same thing to me.

FF games prior to 7 require a certain level of nostalgia to play, which I don't have since I didn't play RPGs heavily back then. Chrono Trigger was my main RPG from back in the day, and it didn't share the FF feel enough to make them playable also.
