Throughout school I had a crush on a girl called Ruth. I never acted on it out of fear of rejection. She was the singer in a band and at one of the schools rock nights she dedicated a song to me (Don't stop me now by Queen, my favourite song, which she sang beautifully). Even after that I still couldn't bring myself to tell her how I felt. I haven't seen her since leaving school 6 years ago but to this day still regret never saying anything.

I think my brain likes to remind my of her every so often as some sort of punishment for being such a coward. Nevermind, at least theres always games to keep my mind occupied.

Faith. A friend of mine from my first year at uni, she lived in the same student residence as me, in a flat four floors below mine. Red hair, quirky as they come, and generally a slightly crazy and awesome person to be around. We're still friends now, though we barely ever see each other, but every time I do see her I just can't help thinking "what if...?".
