I LOVE word and name origins. In fact, finding your names distracted me enough from my anger at my ex boyfriend that I've stopped crying, and I've been doing that for a good two hours. Thanks, lol.
Finally done something productive with my life.

Michael (Usage:English, German, Czech, Biblical.)
From the Hebrew name Mikha'el, which means "Who is like God (Even though i'm Agnostic)." This is the name of one of the seven Archangels in Hebrew tradition and the only one who is identified as an Archangel in the Bible. In the Book of Revelations he is portrayed as the leader of Heaven's armies, and thus is considered the Patron Saint Of Soldiers. This was the name of Nine Byzantine Emperors answer a Czar of Russia.

Clouthier (last)(Usage: French)
Derived from my ancestor's job, Clothiers (Clothing making and selling).

1) meaning "Gomeric's mountain" in French, Gomeric being a Germanic personal name meaning "man power".

2) Defined by dictionary.com as "an adult male person, as distinguished from a boy or a woman." (Thats right. My middle name is Man.)

3) From the Hebrew name ùÑÀîåÌàÅì (Shemu'el) which could mean either "name of God" or "God has heard".

4) Sort of like an Arabic governor but means "lord" in Farsi and "prince" in Persian.

5) A derevation of the Germanic term for "Holy Brooke"

... I have no idea what that makes me.

Without giving away an exact translation (lol and thus revealing my real name) I come up with something like "Healer of the wounds inflicted" - the implication being that I inflict the wounds then heal them.

Nice.

My first name is a Hebrew name that means God's Gift

My middle name is an Irish name that means "leader of priests"

which is fitting since I'm descended from the tribe of Levi, the priests of Biblical times

Sean is my real name (and if you notice my character over in the cyberpunk RPG, you now know how lazy i can be), which is the anglicized form of the Irish form of John which means "God is Gracious" in a nutshell

however, I have an uncle named John, my grandfather is named John, and his father was named John... Sean works out

'Christ-bearer' *rolls eyes* Not that I'm religious really, but I was kind of miffed when St.Christopher was demoted to not being a proper saint.
