IMO the best way to play domination is to just get the advantage of 2 flags capped and then spawn-trap the other team. this, if done right, will get the pre-pubescent little boys their kills, and you still win the game.MortisLegio said:I hate when people do that to me
playing Domination on Terminal
I was playing as the Russians so I went to capture C. I hear "No you Idiot! dont do that!" as some one runs up to me
I ask "What are you talking about?" "Let them have C!" I heard in reply. I asked him (at least I think it was a him) why and all I get is "Dont be a retard you fucking idiot" and he ran off
confused I just took C anyway
Later I got a message that said something like "your an retarded idiot why did you capture C? you must be the dumbest fuckhead on the planet!"
I still dont get why he was mad, We won the match.
One of many, many reasons I still play and love this game.Shoes said:Tf2 ftw.
Seriously that game is awesome and stuff like that happening is rare in it.

Well...Steve the Pocket said:I play TF2 on a regular set of ... not quite clan servers, but close, and every now and then I'll join one and people will have decided they're "not playing serious". What this means ranges from not going for objectives, to not even killing each other. They just sort of goof around. I can understand the fun-vs.-"srs bzns" debate, but I can't understand how just running around taunting, spamming voice commands, and trying to form human pillars is more "fun" than anything that could reasonably be called "playing the game".
I once grouped with someone who rolled 'need' on every item to try to get the achievement for rolling 100 on a need roll.Davrel said:And this is why achievements and ranks are a bad idea.

OT: You get a lot of crap like that in WoW with people trying to do achievements (ie doing a boss event incorrectly for the sake of arbitrary points) when all you want to do is kill the guy, loot and move on.
On the wow thing, when some jackass screws up on an achievement when the group has made an agreement on how to kill the boss I can agree with the ones that flame the person who "Just wanted to play the game"Davrel said:And this is why achievements and ranks are a bad idea.

This is the main reason why I need to fix my old computer...The_root_of_all_evil said:Apart from Spy/Sniper stacking.Shoes said:Tf2 ftw.
