Elizabeth Greene in prototype. she has a main health bar, that regenerates, along with three smaller health bars you have to destroy before you can even touch her. toppled with tanks attacking you and massive hunters jumping everywhere. and the three smaller health bars regenerate. and it fires rocks and green plasma at you that magically lock on to you.

yeah it's a ***** to fight.
Oh god.

You mean to tell me that she isn't the final boss?

*sigh*

I cannot wait to see what the game shoves in my face next.

Seriously though, this now has to be my answer. God damn you Elizabeth Greene.... ma'am.
If you're still stuck on her, I can give you a little advice.
To the right of her (I think) is a big building. Run up it, get onto the bit that points out abnormally, equip the boulder fists, and use the elbow drop attack. She may hit you with rocks, or snot, but it takes chunks out of her health. Once she goes into 'cannot move mode' use your tentacle AOE attack, and if you still have time, wail on her with boulder fists. If you need health, go up the building and absorb the hunters. Keep in mind this may take about and hour, but it worked for me.

OT: Probably the Elder Wyrm.

FUCK YOOUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU
Also, 3000 posts. Yay.

In Prinny: Can I Really Be The Hero, Chefbot-9000 is absolute hell! The first time I tried fighting him, I didn't have a clue that there was a quick, easy trick to defeat him, so I went about beating him the hard way. Took me 3 or 4 hours of constantly challenging, and dieing, to beat the bastard.
... There's an easy trick to defeating him?

The mini-boss in the Ocarina of Time's water emblem thing.

It looked like a squid, and was the greatest challenge a 7 year old could face...
Thats the main boss, you mean shadow link who could only die because of a glicth i exploited. Damn area of effect magic that cant be avoided, i feel dirty by using you to cheat. I hated that guy.

FFVIII Omega Weapon, at level 99 I dealt some more than a 1kk damage and the it simply released death in all my characters.

Yunalesca in FFX. Zombie, Reflect, Cures.

If you could beat her on the first go (or without spending 19 hours on it), you are a god among men.
She was easy. I beat her with Tidus, Riku and Kimahri.

OT. Meta Ridley in Metroid Prime on Hard.

This guy was a ***** to beat with my friend online. He's most common boss people get stuck on in Monster Hunter Tri
I know. But damn he puts up a good fight.

2 bosses from the same game actually.

The first boss (The Cerberus) and Beowulf. The cerberus because if you go in to melee him, he fills out you screen so you can't see when he attacks (thus, you can't dodge). Later I just stood at the back of the room and shot him with my pistols until he died. Took forever though, lol.

As for Beowulf, I dunno, just something about him that I couldn't take well.

Sephiroth from both of the Kindom Hearts games. Yes once you get his moves down in your head and realise what you needed to do where he became easy enough, but this boss is by far the hardest boss I can remember

The first boss (The griffon thing on top of the mountain) in Lost Odyssey. Seriously, did anyone beat that first time?
Hell No. Took me 3 tries. Heck in that game any non-boss can whip your ass if your not paying attention. I wasn't really watching once and was killed by a deer...

That Damned Wolf boss in red dead redemption.
You mean the one for the huntsman challenge?
Dead Eye, aim, headshot, win?

I had real difficulty fighting Skorge the first time on Insane on Gears 2. Wherever I was I still got hit by the pillars he knocked over.

Ozma from FFIX. I only mention it here because it's an optional boss.

Yoda in Soul Calibur IV. He's too damn short!

The White Balverine from Fable. I never bothered to block, as prior to that, enemies never got a chance to make me.

Sledge from Borderlands. I always forget about the skags.

Durial from Diablo 2.

That freaking thing is ALWAYS harder for me to beat than Baal(Boss of the game, if you count expansion). Guess difficulty curve spikes upward right towards the end of that act.

Or pretty much any boss in Ocarina of Time. Ganon was so easy I was seriously questioning if I'd activated some cheat by accident.

Khan in Overlord, until I facepalmed and realized that using the green Minions is the way too go. (Man, I love those guys)

Scarlet in Silent Hill: Homecoming. It took lots of practice for me to be able to dodge her 2nd form.

The Ravager (The final challenge in the Pocket Plane) in Baldur's Gate II: Throne of Bhaal. Damn thing has ridiculous resistances to...well, damn near everything.
