Lots of people will not agree with me here but the best thing to do is flame them as much as possible. They wont like it and will probably retaliate, but simply make sure you get the last word and it will send a message. Thats how I deal with noobs and when I meet them again they are noobs no longer!

Also, you can probably find some bored level 80 to run you through SM in 10 minutes if you ask. :)

Annoying, but not really something to worry about. I can understand doing it for practice, but if you need/want the loot you can probably get it without a problem.

OK so I have played wow but dont now and here are my thoughts. Although I know next to nothing about it now.

Amulet is rare and worth something im assuming.

You and the other guy could have used it whereas the warrior could not. But why shouldnt he roll for it and just sell it?? Did he not help to get the drop???
Common courtesy, there are two roll systems in WoW, Need and Greed. If a player NEEDS the item, as I'm guessing the OP and his warrior friend did, they select need. Those just wishing to sell it select Greed, if nobody needs it, everyone greeds and whoever gets lucky gets a few extra gold. Selecting Need on a item you just intend to sell is, in my humble opinion, extremely rude.
Can you do that? Roll as need when you are really rolling greed? Why wouldn't they just build some code to prevent this. It shouldn't be hard to tell the AI what classes can use what and give them roll priority. These MMO creators give humanity too much credit.
