You are not confused! Loopholes are little nitpicky areas that rules do not officially cover!
Like: if the rules of a race are merely to finish first, and to remain on a bicycle at all times, a loophole would be to ride on the back of a truck while still mounting the bike. Or eliminate your competition.

I object to the length of the answer on the basis of needing an objection!
And I don't really know. But something I was proud of was when I had to do a project for a Latin class, and got to choose how to present it. I did it on the war between Rome and Carthage, and recreated the fight in Fight Night Round 3, taped it, and then did some editing.
That was awesome.
