MY left thumb is double jointed, so I like freaking people out by pretending I purposefully broke my thumb.
I read all 7 Harry Potter books and saw all 7 movies in a single month.

I've been formally studying Japanese for five years. By the time I'm out of college, I want to be partway to fluency.
I can clap really loud. I can clap as loud as most people normally with one finger against the other palm.
I am more at ease talking to an audience than with one person, so like reverse stage fright.
I can make my eyes bloodshot just by thinking of it.
I can make a popping noise with my left index finger by moving it up and down.
I always have an open wound on my right index finger because I bite it.

I just cleaned my room today.
I have only been out with other people three times all year and the last time I almost died. The person driving swerved (for no reason he just felt like it) into through 4 lanes, two of which were oncoming traffic, and almost hit a telephone pole, a big sign, and a person. If not for an island stopping the car, we would have gotten back onto the road.
I'm watching welcome to the N.H.K right now and realizing that the main character has a more active social life than me. The last movie I saw was a remake of footloose by like 50 different directors and each had their own actors and it was really really funny, search for footloose remake and you'll find it.
I just switched to IE9 and I like it.

I am Indian/Pakistani descent from my dad's side, originally from the Gujarat province but several generations were from Mauritius (an Island near Madagascar) and I my myself am from Zambia. I was pretty dark skinned when I was young but I'm pretty sure something weird happened (maybe some kind of mild loss of pigment) and now my skin is light caramel and I can actually burn now.
Another one would find shocking about me is that I am 50% Mexican.
