Nearly any RPG has this effect on me.

Also happens me the odd time while playing private games on XBL with friends. My first week owning L4D and myself and a friend stayed up on one level on the hardest setting for hours not realising it.

Pokemon FireRed. I had just gotten to the Sevii Islands(after the E4) and I was so excited about exploring it, my mom yelled at me for playing games when I should have gone to sleep 5 hours ago.

There's also this (more recent)time I played Fable 2 with a friend and suddenly the whole day was gone.

I played Mass Effect 2 almost nonstop for 3 days. I only stopped for meals (1 per day).

More recently, I've gotten into Battlefield: Bad Company 2 multiplayer. That one keeps me up; always trying to get the next unlock!

Aside from World of WarCraft (where this happens a lot), Mass Effect had this effect on me on occasion.

A few likely obvious ones, but...

Mass Effect and Mass Effect 2 - I can play either of these games for five hours straight and not realise any time has passed.

Modern Warfare 2 - Despite how much this game infuriates me, I play for hours on end sometimes.

Saints Row 2 - Kind of a half entry, since I played this during the day. I just played it for an entire weekend during the day.

Penumbra Overture - Just recently got it and damn am I loving it.

Anything I get incredibly obsessed with as I play, so usually MMOs, most good RPGs, and at present, Team Fortress 2, which I only normally get off when my mother is threatening to turn off the electricity for the house XD

Although Team Rocket were never great Pokemon thieves, they were able to successfully steal something: my childhood. I spent almost every waking hour playing some kind of Pokemon game! Whether it was Pearl, Silver, Sapphire, or Mystery Dungeon, I was always occupied with Pokemon! I was so addicted to it that my parents had to sell all of my Pokemon games, which in the long run was probably really good for me.

Dragon Age. The endgame took longer than I thought. I started at 11pm, thinking that it would only take 2 hours max after I got all the treaties. I still had most of the Dwarven one to do, got caught up in some side quests, and didn't realise that the last section of the game was 4 hours long... Suddenly it was 5AM. But who cares, Ferelden was safe, Alistair was king, and I had survived. I'll catch up to Morrigan's demon child later.

Halo Reach is currently having this effect, thanks to 1) invasion mode being awesome, and 2) it giving out credits just slowly enough to keep you playing for a while, but just quickly enough for you to not feel it's a waste of time/effort.
