the problem isn't people who have joined just to vote, people who have joined to enter competitions, in the last competition I think 6/10 people had 0 posts and then 3 had under 5, only 1 having 30+ posts

there should be a minimum post requirement to vote and enter competitions

What does Turbine do that's better (In treating their customers)? I've had the same experience with both companies in how they treat me. (Which was excellent)

The difference is, I prefer my Half Life and Team Fortress to LoTRO.
